Absolutely disgusting attitude from the old woman with the pixie cut grey hair. I asked if i could get cash back and she says “We’re not a bank!”I wasn’t born yesterday, so i understand that Walgreens pharmacy isn’t a dang bank. I told her she doesn’t need to be rude to me, i know that this business isn’t a bank and I’mNot stupid, but it should be written in their policy that you cannot get cash back more than once.She refused to apologize and continued to belittle me when i told her she was incredibly rude. Please train your geriatric staff members to be nicer to customers.

Stopped by this place cause I thought they might have some staples cheaper than Harmons. Well that was a miscalculation. I now call this place the Gougegreens as it appears to be priced exclusively for freespending high-salary downtown office workers and condo livers. Seriously the pricing strategy seems to be "whatever Harmons is charging, plus add at least 50 cents." Has one of those cramped little city layouts where you're always running into someone too. Boo this Walgreens. Boooo.

Horrible service the short employee with black hair and glasses got mad at me for pressing the no option when it asked for my phone number and threw my items to me. She said she wasn't going to apologize for one of my items that had fallen on the floor after she threw them. I wouldn't recommend checking out with her as every transaction I had with her I was given attitude.

It's just a Walgreens. It's exactly what you expect a Walgreens to be. The only reason I'm even reviewing it is because the older woman at the register here always finds some bizarre excuse to give me grief each visit. Literally lectured me about how to pay with a credit card or about taking receipts. I live nearby and sometimes I just want to grab a soda when I come home from work. It's such a simple thing but she has to glorify it into something more every time. I just can't comprehend it... They can't all be bad days.

Got what I needed. Staff was competent & professional. They even asked me if I needed a bag. Some items are expensive; guess customers pay for the convenience & the location. Homeless people hang out outside.

Incredibly rude staff. I mistakenly tried to open the door before store hours. Two staff members mockingly laughed at me and told me to read the sign. Plenty of other Walgreens in Salt Lake. I won't be returning to this one.

Hire enough staff to cover their lunch breaks so I don't drive over there during my lunch and leave with nothing.Apparently they close the pharmacy from 1:30pm to 2:00pm and that was not obvious at an initial glance through Google maps.

The short small cashier with glasses and long black hair is one of the rudest store employees I've ever encountered. I'm not from around here, and it was my first time at this store, so I didn't know the "protocol" expected by this cashier. I've been to Walgreens, where I live, and the cashiers are very friendly and greet you when you walk up to the counter. Anyway, I approached the counter where this cashier was standing, and she didn't look at me or greet me in any way as I set my basket down. As I stared at her, I noticed she was looking everywhere but at me. She never says a word to me for like 30 seconds. I was absolutely confused, so thinking maybe she was in training or a greeter or something was wrong with her, I picked up my basket and moved it over to the next cashier (an older lady with gray hair), who was absolutely fantastic. She apologized profusely for the other cashier, saying I had to remove the items from the basket for her to do anything or acknowledge me because of the plastic barrier. My hometown Walgreens also has plastic barriers, and they just reach around. As a customer, you sometimes don't realize what a person's capabilities are or what's expected, and sometimes don't even think about it. You certainly don't expect poor customer service and no greeting or a cashier purposely and obviously taking a stand, so obviously, I'm not the only one who doesn't realize this. Anyway, my 2nd cashier was lovely and actually a lot more efficient, evidently, than the first cashier. She is the epitome of customer service but shouldn't have to apologize for the first cashier. I did notice that the first cashier now had a customer who did know the "protocol," and she went on and on about how thankful she was that this customer knew what they were doing, obviously being VERY sarcastic towards me. So I pointed out how my cashier knew how to treat all customers and had excellent customer service skills. Now the first cashier was talking under her breath to another customer where I couldn't hear her, and the entire incident was just so unprofessional. I'm here for four days and will not go back. As a cashier, you must have good customer service skills, or you will drive customers away. I can't think of a job where you can get away with treating customer's the way she does for long. Despite what this cashier thinks, customers aren't out to get her and don't purposely try to make her job harder. Try being nice; there's a concept. So pathetic.

The store is filthy, the pharmacist forgot to transfer my order. They took their time to fill my order and didn't even apologize for forgetting my order. This Walgreens lacks professionalism and customer service. Really could use some maintenance and professional cleaning performed.
