Just had my last truffle at RMC. At $4 per I've been priced out of the market!

I had some holiday chocolate sent to me that were older. The young lady there replaced them all which was very very good and the ones that she didn't have in stock she replaced with other chocolate.

I always pass by this chocolate shop in the SLC airport but this time I was having a serious craving and just had to stop lol - this was my first time trying Rocky Mountain and it satisfied my craving! Lots of choice here and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I grabbed a few items to take home to the hubby and also eat on the plane. I tried the raspberry caramel chocolate and it was my fave of the bunch - great flavor and texture and my first time trying that flavor of caramel. I was expecting a raspberry jelly inside but it was just caramel - very good! I also got us some chocolate covered jelly sticks - raspberry with dark chocolate and orange with milk chocolate. They were good but they pretty much tasted identical which bummed me out lol. Still good though if you like those. They have so many different flavors of candy and caramel apples - they all looked great and I love that they'll slice them up for you - great idea for travelers passing through!! Next time I'll have to try one. The staff were excellent- very friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they enjoy being there - lovely conversation!! Prices are reasonable considering it's an airport. You'll find them right after you get through security in the A gates.

I have made it a custom to stop here on any flight out of SLC back home for a caramel apple for my sons and some mint chocolates for my wife ...literally for years. I have probably purchased that combination 15 times over a decade across the older terminal and this new one. I recently had to reach out to customer service and I can tell you they were highly responsive and clearly care about serving their customers. I will be back soon for a caramel apple with M&M's!

Absolutely the worst customer service. The people working this establishment have no regard for customer service, how to be pleasant to people or any indication of what it takes to run a business that caters to the public. The airport is stressful enough, no need for lousy attitudes and service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Tried the dark chocolate expresso, dark salted caramel. Very good chocolate. I definitely recommend for a sweet treat if you are in the Salt Lake City airport.

The chocolate is not good. Hershey's quality. I have seen this store several times in the airport and in downtown SLC and have never had time to stop and give it a try. I finally did today and was sorely disappointed. I'm not a total chocolate snob. I'll eat dark or milk, truffles or solid chocolate. I've had great chocolate and bad chocolate. If you're buying a $0.75 candy bar, you know what to expect. But if you buy more expensive chocolate from a place that claims to be a chocolatier, you expect a quality product. This tasted like they are melting Hershey's in the back.

I was so excited to try one of your carmel apples. However I was not impressed that you placed the carmel apple in a paper wrapping. So what happened when I attempted to eat the carmel apple was a mess. The carmel ahears to the paper and not the apple. So I paid 7.00 for an apple with sticky carmel paper on the side.

I haven't visited a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory store in years. This one is in the A Terminal at SLC across from the food court between A25 and A26. The variety is limited, but enough for someone to find the snack or sweet to package up and take home. I found the apple pie apple that worked out perfect for my taste. They will slice it up for you before they bag it up for transport. There's always a stuffed bear hanging around for photo opportunities.

Grabbed a peanut Carmel apple waiting for a delayed flight. They even sliced it. The perfect late night shareable snack.

The hours clearly state 5am-11pm I went in at 10:15 after getting through security. When I went in the worker said she had closed I reminded her of her hours and she said well I decided to close. It's extremely irritating because I was really looking forward to getting something n my way back home where I do not have a rocky mountain chocolate factory.

Always stop at this Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory store to get my spouse her favourite bars of milk chocolate!
