went to this location for the first time today and my shopping experience was not easy. I could not shop for even 1 minute without one of the two workers asking me if I needed help and they kept watching me like I was going to steal. I’ve never been to this location before but I won’t be coming back. They had a small selection of stuff and the workers are not friendly.

the girl with the black or dark brown hair has the worst mf attitude. like girl…. I work in the service industry so I’m over here being nice and respectful to you and you’re giving me smart a$s remarks when I ask you a simple question? pleaseee. every single time I come into this location, that girl treats me like I screwed her husband and their kid calls me mommy. im just gonna go to the one on 9th. i don’t have to fight with myself to be the bigger person over there lmfao.

Please do not take advice from any of the staff members. I went in knowing what I wanted and the workers stalked me around the store while I searched for my product. Once I got it one of the uneducated staff members told me that product “doesn’t do what it’s supposed to” even though I had already been using it and liked the results. I told her it works for me and this is what I came in to purchase, she then rushed over and picked up a different product to insist on getting instead. It was nothing like the product I was looking for or the right shade. I brought that to her attention and she reassured me she’s uses it and it works wonders for her. She kept pushing until I put back the initial product I went in to purchase and got the one she was so insistent on. I was hesitant which I knew she was aware of because she reassured me it was a 30 days return guarantee. Not to mention what I went in to buy was $11 and the product she had me get was $28 and well not worth it. She told me to give it three washes for results, I did five washes with it and didn’t see any results. The smell was repulsing and it completely dried out and damaged my hair. Don’t make the same mistake I did, get a professionals advice or do your research. Safe to say I will not be shopping at Sally’s for anything again.

Brought my friends daughter in who has been going through some hard times so I could get some bleach and toning products to throw some highlights in her hair so she can feel a little better about herself. Any other time I have entered the store by myself with these exact same employees, I am greeted with compliments, and "can I help you find anything ?" Type of greetings. However, this time there was no. "Hi how can I help you?" or any greeting for that matter. Not once did they ask if they could help me find something or offer any recommendations. So we definitely didn't receive any compliments either. They shadowed me through the store the entire time.(mind you I am a frequent shopper at Sally's. I mean at least two or three times a month.) but I'm guessing due to the lady I was with appearance they weren't as happy to see me this time. (I am not sure when God granted the employees of Sally's the right to judge people, but they have made the job theirs and taken it very serious.) when I say the word shadow I literally mean they were my shadow. They were no more than a foot to a foot and a half away from me throughout the entire time I was in the store. The same treatment went for the lady that I was with when I sent her over to get the bleach I prefer to use. When I noticed they were miss treating her just as poorly as they were me infuriated me, and I set everything I was going to purchase back where I got it from. Made a remark that "this is got to be a f****** joke." an exited the store. When I returned my vehicle, I attempted to take a picture of the front of the store. I'm guessing the girls noticed I had my phone out and so the store manager came outside and started to record me. I told her she didn't have my permission and that was very classy of her also illegal. She responded with" f*** you get off my property. I'm calling the police." I have no idea what she would be telling the police when she called them because they made sure that we were too uncomfortable to buy or steal anything lol I complain to corporate. They assured me that action will be taken, but both employees are still working and the one is still a manager I receive nothing except for an apology from the customer service line, which is far from satisfactory. Was really sad is when I walked in the store I noticed how gorgeous both girls were. When is very tall, broad shouldered, head on a black plethora miniskirt like they were going to the club, but still gorgeous, and the other was a very natural soft faced brunette. Absolutely stunning on the outside both of them, and I wish I could say the same for their morals and understanding of others

Go to Ulta please you'll have better service . Very disturbing incident with the entire staff this time and it isnt the time that I had staff at this location act confused around simple hair products like for curls or for drying the hair easier . No one on staff had the answers for the products so I asked if they were new there and that's when I was swarmed by 3 employees and told I was being rude and to leave . One called the police as I was leaving. One followed me out to my car and took a video of my vehicle and me outside of the store. Not one person offered to help me find the product.

Very rude to a customer when she was leaving they followed her out and video recorded her car . I stopped to help the customer took her over to Ulta. The staff didn't know what product was that helps protect from heat and speeds up dry time. They harassed this customer and called the police. Ew. Don't use this location it is wack

The employees there are super helpful and take the time to answer questions as well as give advice. I followed the instructions I was given on my hair, and it turned out just as I wanted. Definitely recommend this location.

I love the service here. The clerks are always super knowledgeable and helpful. The person with green hair and amazing eyelashes has helped me choose the right products for my color treated hair on 2 separate occasions. Sometimes the store is busy but I’ve always had someone ask me if I needed help. Thank you!

The staff at this location are always in a bad mood and talk to you like you're a burden. Do not recommend going here if you have social anxiety, they are extremely unwelcoming and rude.

What ever you do don't shop online at Sally's beauty supplies. My daughter bought some hair dye and dye supplies. And some how it switched the the complete address to some where in Ogden, Utah and we live in west valley, Utah! I even verified the information before she placed the order. Then I called the corporate office to have them resend the product to the right address (witch show the correct address when she is signed into her account on Sally's) and they said they would not resend it nor refund her money . Which is fraudulent to do! And I talk to a couple of my friends and said that there addresses had changed too! They obviously have some in there online orders department scaming there customers and I don't think they give 2 shits about it! Also take a look at the bbb rating there terrible they are not accredited business and have 313 complaint

WOW their Return Policy is AMAZING! A month after my purchase, I used the product, and threw away packaging and receipt. I was still able to exchange it in store for a less expensive product AND received the difference on a gift card! They looked up my purchase history in my Sally account to confirm the receipt. Easy! Such a great brick&mortar store to support!Staff members are knowledgeable and fashionable :)
