Treated absolutely poorly at this location. My sister placed an order for me to pick up for her the next day that it was ordered. The staff claimed they called my sister the night before and said they couldn't hold it (even though the option chosen online was next day pickup). They claimed to have called her and told her they couldn't hold the items and that my sister said they were okay to put them back. My sister never received a call! The employees I spoke with were VERY Rude.

Dear salon centric sugarhouse, are you having staffing shortages? Why are you never open when I come by even though it says you're open on your hours. Would be very nice if you posted something on your door to let us know why you are closed when it says you should be open. Other than that good experience all around.

Obviously this location has new management. I’ve been shopping at this SalonCentric for years and it’s incredible how it can negatively change because of new management and new employees. You aren’t wanted there from the moment you walk in the door. A spilled product had sat on the shelf and it was molding in the box. I didn’t notice till I brought it home. I returned it to the store the next day. I understand things happen. Some how they made it my fault, thought I was lying and never apologized once they realized I was telling the truth according to all the facts.They are so unorganized. Unwilling to help or answer questions. Not only unwilling but they treat you like your stupid and seem irritated that you’re asking. Absolutely no customer service skills. I’m tired of trying to keep the peace at a place I once enjoyed shopping at. You couldn’t pay me now to shop there. Driving to another location is worth my time now.

The people that work here don't know how to do their jobs. They always have one registered blocked off so they can only ring on person out at a time. It takes forever to get out of there.

They have the very best customer service. They will work with you figure out the best products, formulate, and show you where the discount nail polish is!! I had such a great experience with Donna on Saturday, like always!
