I'm giving 5 stars because I love Sams Club. 1- Scan and Go is AMAZING2- always parking avail3- no one harasses me at the door to look at my Sams membership. I love Scan and Go. They even added the food court to their feature! It's awesome. It is so easy to get in and out. I also LOVE the curbside pick-up. Sam's always has great things and great prices. When I'm out shopping anywhere else, I am able to pull out my Sams app and compare the prices. You need to be careful too bc some Sams charge more for the same item, in which case I get it shipped to me for free. It's always a win for me at this place. I will give everyone a friendly tip--COUNT YOUR ITEMS twice or 3x. The app will tell you how many you scanned, and you should def check!. I can't tell you how many times ppl have been found not scanning all their things. I've seen so many stopped at the door and taken aside for it. I enjoy this place. I've never had issues w the staff members bc I can usually just use my app and avoid lines. Plus this location typically has the best price on fuel. #ThankYouThursday

I came here for tires. No one would help me. I have up and left. I waited scanned their we code and nothing. The best part was they said that they were too busy. Several employees were wandering around me not assisting anyone. Terrible service and no one cares.

I wish that I can leave 0 star for this store. This store is the worst Sam's club that I've ever been. The management team treat customers badly. Definitely not recommended this club to anyone out there. Long story short, I had item that need to return which I purchased from my old account and they didn't let me return with a reason they can't find my old account/ the receipt on the system at first. So I searched my email and pulled out the list purchase history that Sam's club back office sent me before they switched me over to the new account, on the history list of purchase has showed the day, name and price of my item which I want to return and they still gave me a hard time and told me that is not a receipt which was unbelievable. They made things so hard up to the point I had called Sam's customer support to ask for help right in front of the management team and the issue was solved in few seconds right after that. This was not the first time that I had faced the issue with the assistance manager / manager at this club. If the club wasn't close to my area then I wouldn't come back to face the bad experience like this. Since I had faced bad experiences twice at this Salt Lake's club, I shall not return back to this store anytime from now on. If I need to go to Sam's club in the further than I rather drive couple extra miles to the south so I can get the better experience of shopping instead.

No carts self serv, baskets only. 1 casher to wait on 15 carts. Girl at door is very unfriendly. Sams going down hill.

Trudy’s wallet got stolen today. In it her DEBT card and Sam’s club card. She called Visa to report the card stolen and found out they had already charged close to $5,000. Now Debt cards require a pen number right. But the Sam’s Club associate I talked to said you can get past that by signature. CIRCUMVENTING THE BANKS SECURITY PROCEDURE!!. I’m sure who ever excepted that signature checked the driver licenses and verified that a 90 year old gray haired lady was buying that big screen TV. They deserve to take the hit for the $5,000.

Worst Sam's club I've ever been to. Everything is over priced. There were about 4 employees in the entire building on a busy Saturday and there were lines everywhere. The line for food hasn't moved in 20 minutes because they couldn't give some lady her change for 1 CHURRO. I offered to pay with my card to get the line moving but the employee had already put the transaction through. Line has 20+ people in it and hasn't moved an inch

I got a membership when I moved and I usually go to Costco.When I go it's just me and my baby so it's challenging at times. Last time I went and I checked out no one asked me if I wanted help. No one helped me put everything back in my cart and I was trying to do it all while having my baby in a carrier. It was extremely frustrating. The one nice thing about same club that I am very appreciative of is the fact that I can scan and pay on my phone to avoid all of that. I recommend sams just for that reason.

Great pharmacy. I walked in to get a flu shot and it was very easy! Filled out some paperwork, submitted insurance card and the very friendly pharmacist, Andrea came out to give me my shot. Quick and super painless. Thank you! I am recommending to my parents.

What a joke. Prescription called in on Tuesday. Came in Wednesday afternoon and they told us 30 minutes. After the thirty minutes we then waited for an additional 10 for them to help us. Waste of time.

I am rather disappointed in this Sam’s Club pharmacy, I cannot speak for the others. I have been treated rudely a couple of times now. I was going to Walgreens before and I was able to pick up my medication on that walk in visit where Sam’s Club told me to wait “hours” till I am able to pick it up. I have only a certain amount of hours till I leave state and if I don’t get my month refill I am kind of SOL and pretty much won’t be able to function. Also on my last refill I noticed on my medication that almost all of the corners of the pills had been chipped off as if the bottles were treated poorly. Another thing is they sent me a video about how using my medication is bad and demonizing it when it has saved my life. I also called a day before the refill just to give a heads up that I will need the medication for the following day and to see if the insurance had gone through, no complications would arise, and that it would be ready. I was told on the phone I would just have to call the following morning and come pick it up. Today they told me to wait “hours” till I can, also they told me at first I could not even get it till the next month. I am really let down as this was the main reason of getting a Sam’s Club membership.

I really like the salt lake Sam's club. everybody is so friendly, I love short ribs and it's one of the very few places that I can go and they are cut to perfection. I love that the quality of the meat is the same as what harmons is and of course I would know that since I worked there for 8 years lol, but the meat department especially in this location is one of the best ones I've seen so far!!!
