Used this place to pick up a Uhaul due to convenient location. There was only 1 guy working both times my bf and I went (to pick up and then 2 days later to drop off). He was nice and even helped us drop off the Uhaul right after he closed. He also helped us change the reservation time when we went to pick up so we could do it a little earlier. I've never rented one before and he made the process easy.
