I absolutely love Shred415!! I swam competitively, have run marathons and mountain bike regularly, but Shred415 was the game changer for me. I signed up for a membership soon after having my first kid, and can honestly say it put me in the best shape of my life!It has enabled me to do all of the things I love really well without leaving me exhausted. I signed up for my first marathon post kid and due to the new responsibilities of caring for a newborn, 98% of my training came from Shred415. Shockingly, I PR'd by more than 30 minutes and came 5 minutes away from qualifying for Boston! I 100% credit that accomplishment to the interval training Shred415 provided me with.Thank you Shred415 Millcreek and all of the fantastic instructors!!

Shred 415 has been a life changer for me. It has given me a chance to make fitness a priority again. I started out slow, went at my own pace and always felt supported by the teachers and staff. I have lost 25 lbs and several inches. The combo of cardio and weights makes it easy and fun. I love the confidence I've gained in my workouts at shred, it flows into all aspects of my life. At 50 I feel fabulous!!!!

This was my 5th class, and my 1st with Toby!! I absolutely love it - yes it is hard but it is so good - the instructors, the community, all of it. Definitely will be coming back.

I have tried several gyms in SLC and Shred415 tops them all! The workout and format of the class are effective and the perfect mix of cardio and strength. Since becoming a member at Shred my running, strength, and overall fitness have immensely improved. Not only is Shred one of the most effective workouts in Salt Lake but the class are super fun, high energy, and fly by. The instructors are motivating while still providing coaching and instruction. Couldn't recommend Shred415 more!!

Shred415 is perfect for college kids who love a workout class. It’s so affordable and in close proximity to the U. Shred also offers so many time options for their classes so it fits into everyone’s schedule!

Very creative classes. Courtney is an impressive instructor with her direction, consistency, and energy. Definitely would recommend incorporating into a weekly workout.

I love this place! The workouts are challenging but accessible. The option of childcare makes it possible for me to work out. The staff is really friendly and they really work with everyone.

Nice equipment, seems clean. My only recommendation is to push people harder on the treadmills! If you follow the instructions to a t, you won't find yourself sprinting ever. So it'd be good to get more pressure from the trainers to go faster!

This is a great work out for all abilities. You can walk or run on the treadmills and use weights or body weight on the floor. It is an awesome workout! AND the staff and instructors are nice and energetic!

I have loved my experience here - the workouts are effective, instructors are encouraging, and the time flies by. The classes have not been crowded which is a nice plus during covid.

We love Shred415 Millcreek and our #shredfam! Instructors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is spotless and equipment is great. Classes are challenging and fun. Instructors are great about offering modifications so it’s accessible for all. Added bonus, they offer childcare and my daughter loves it! We couldn’t be more grateful for our home away from home. Absolutely LOVE shred415! It’s the best mix of cardio and strength training. I’ve been going there for a few years now and I keep coming back! They always have the best motivational monthly challenges, fun music to keep you going and awesome instructors!They always keep it very clean and safe!Highly recommend! You’ll love it!

Perfect mix of strength and cardio. I love the 7:30 am class, not too early, not too late! I also like that the workouts are generally 60 minutes instead of 45.
