My son has been attending Small Fri since he was 1 and he's 2 1/2 now. The teachers and staff all know him and always say hi, give high fives or knuckles. The teachers take the time to welcome each child to class everyday. There job is one I couldn't do, but they do it well and are very loving and caring. My son has made friends and is happy and very social. We love Small Fri.

Small Fri Academy is the place my 2 year old son is enrolled here. The teachers are great with the kids every day I walk in I see smiles the owners are great too they interact with the kids and trust me they know all of there kids. My son comes home happy every day my wife and I trust them. They do have security the front door is locked at all times someone from the office watches people come and go as they greet you. We’ve been taking our child here for the last five years. She loves it. The teachers are exceptional. As an observer just dropping off my child, I can see the bonds that the teachers have with her. I get the feeling that every kid feels like they are the favorite, getting tons of special attention. This goes for all of the students. They take amazing care of the kids. My daughter loves Small Fri. It is a loving community that does an amazing job. We highly recommend Small Fri Academy. We are truly saddened by thought of her moving on.

These folks are amazing. They were very accommodating to our needs and super kind. They took great care of our 6mo old and I felt comfortable leaving my child with them. The caretakers were great and the owners were also awesome! I can’t thank these kind folks enough, thank you!!!

If you’re scared about taking your kids to this daycare, don’t be! Small Fri has been a HUGE blessing to our family. It’s rough putting the care of your child in someone else’s hands but the people working at Small Fri have earned my trust! My son can also be difficult with ADHD and Marnee and Scott have been working with him everyday they are so patient and helpful. I absolutely LOVE Small Fri.

I've been taking my daughter here since she was an infant. They are fantastic and their Director really cares about the the well being of mine and everyone else's child. My daughter is 3 now and she loves it there! She loves the teachers and all the fun things they do during the day. If and when I have had a complaint they looked into it and resolved my concern within a hours time or 2.

They also emphasize cleanliness since always not only because of the pandemic. This is the second home of our kiddos, all rhe staff love they as their kids.

They help with potty training, learning, walking, and manners. My children come home everyday learning something new. Thank you small Fri. You guys are the best. We love you.

I’m sad to be writing this review - I did really like the people at this facility. My daughter has a dairy allergy and we bring special formula for her to have while there. For the first few weeks of her going there we found out she was being given incorrect formula leading to weight loss, lack of sleep, rashes, and terrible irritability. After figuring it out the director worked with us to find a solution, unfortunately she was given the incorrect formula again leading to more severe symptoms. We were very patient - I’ll be it overbearing contacting the director quite a bit during the “figuring it out period” and our doctor sent over a letter stating she must be given the correct formula. We worked with them and didn’t get overly crazy even though most parents likely would have. We had other concerns such as an infant being trapped under a mat at pick up time that we were working through the director with. I felt like we had a game plan for next week until we just got a call that she is no longer welcome back because they can’t guarantee the correct formula will be given- seems very basic. We weren’t asking for anything in excess of basic care. After working with them they left us without even a you have two weeks left to find something else. While my child was loved, her basic needs were neglected and we were punished for it. I regret even working to find a resolution for such a serious problem when clearly they didn’t even care enough to scoop formula out of the correct can with numerous reminders. The way they got rid of us because our doctor threatened to report to state for neglect should make it clear that something is wrong. That’s a pretty hard pill to swallow. Hoping they don’t enroll a kid with a nut allergy or this really could be a very dangerous place for kids.

My child has been attending Small Fri Academy since she was 6 months old. The teachers are amazing with the children and treat them as their own. The Management team is great, they really take the time to acknowledge my concerns with empathy and show immediate attention to the concerns. The pricing and the hours are exceptional! I also love the healthy meals they provide, the FB page updates and the high security of the building. The owner was able to keep the academy opened during the initial outbreak and shutdown with covid, being an essential employee, I will forever be grateful! The academy is clean, sanitized and they are taking every precaution when it comes to the health and well being of my child. I recommend this place to all my mama friends with little ones.

I can’t recommend Small Fri Academy. From my experience the children are not supervised properly. My son attended this day care for about 3 months. During this time he was bit 3 times, once bad enough that it broke skin. The staff did not have a good idea of who did it. We found out he was getting bullied by another child. He stole his lunch box, pencil box, and note book. While talking to my son about how to deal with bullies I found out that it was a child twice his age. I don’t know why 6th graders were interacting this closely with kindergartners. This too was an issue that we had to bring up to the staff and they knew little about it. They did deal with the issues that we brought to them well. But having to bring issues to them was not in the best interest of my son.
