Shopping CBD ?Asked for Utah State Dept of Agriculture Registration of all CBD products. They had no clue about Utah state CBD law in regards to registering products tested by dept of agriculture. Couldn’t provide COA’s saying their cbd is safe and to check THC levels. Nope couldn’t provide anything! I hope the milk they sell is tested and checked ??♀️??♀️??♀️

The have implemented a new policy where all pharmacy prescriptions they can get away with are changed to a 90 day refill with no notice to customers- no consulting customers or their doctors.It is clearly a money grab. You can try and frame it as helpful but the truth is it's shady and should be illegal. The only people who would be aware of a possible script change would be the patient and doctor. But this way even if the patients meds change after 30 days Smiths still gets 90 days of sales. And then they get double sales when you come in with the new or adjusted prescription.I asked 4 times to never have them fill mine as 90 days and everytime they tell me my total without disclosing that despise the fact that I ordered a 30 day refill, and despise the fact that I've been told 3 times a new note was added to my account not to do 90 days they still are trying to sell me a 90 day. They do not tell you the quantity you are buying just the dose and med.There is no disclosure of product quantity prior to the finalization of the sale. This is a completely unethical money grab.If it was about helping customers they could do marketing to alert customers to check if 90 day prescriptions are cheaper and ask their doctor to write it that way.The shady way this has been implemented make it clear you know this is unethical too.

I was totally judged on my appearance and accused of trying to steal when actually Smith's food and drug who stole from me!! I was in store #404 on 10-06-23 which is the location I use frequently use for my shopping. And after taking the time to budget shop by using coupons and store special's I was able to get $278 worth of groceries for $204 was super proud of myself until it came time to pay. I have NEVER had any problems here before. The cashier Hit a button at the end of the my card payment and it said not authorized on the machine but took the money out of our account!! She then told me to run it again so I did it said not authorized again on the machine and took another payment of $14.75 off of our account. She then had a lady come over to help who was NOT a manager I know from shopping here all the time. So she had me run my card again and again it said not authorized so I logged into my card information and seen there was money taken every time they had me run run it so I asked to speak to a manager. Then when I tried to show them the money has been taken off my card the lady who was not the manager took the basket of groceries over to the customer service so I followed the basket over there. I again ask to speak a manager the lady then yelled at me she was the manager and YANKED the basket away from me and said I am the manager so I started following her because remember I SPENT a lot of time bargain shopping for all of my groceries. She then turned around and screamed at me to get out of HER (not a manager at all) store!! I got pretty upset and started crying begging her to speak to her manager she then yelled at me again and said "I didn't have the $278 in my account ( remember the total whent from $278 to $204 because of my budget shopping) and to get out her store!!! I was super embarrassed because all of this was happening in the front of the store in FRONT of the customer's. I then ran out of the store crying and having a panic attack!!! An employee approched me and told me to come back tomorrow and speak with Tiffany the store manager. I then called the police myself to report it because it didn't feel right. Unfortunately the police had a lot of calls and I understand this wasn't a emergency so at the advice of the officer waiting until the next morning with the police and try to solve the problem. The next morning I met the officer's at the store to speak to the manager and they had a floor supervisor waiting with a $25 gift card for me. She told me it wasn't charged from our card and that it would be in account by Tuesday. She then took the RECEIPT from me!! Yes the receipt for the groceries I wasn't allowed to take home and said it be there by Tuesday!! What the lady did to me the night before was wrong I cried for 4 hours straight because she made me feel so low. It over drafted our account and we are now $230 in the negative and have NO groceries!!! The officer told me take a picture of the receipt and to come back Wednesday for theft and fraud investigation if it isn't in there . I WAS totally humiliated and now have to pay overdraft fees!! I contacted them again with my bank on the phone confirming that the transaction was completed and Smith's tried to say it was a pre-authorization and it was never completed. I have ran around in circles for the past week and tried speaking to the corporate office and feel even worse still have NO groceries, no money, and I have had 4 panic attacks. I have recorded the conversation with their corporate from today where my bank confirmed it had been posted out of our account and we're not pending. I feel like because of my disabilities I was judged like a crackhead because I have tattoos and really bad dental problems because I have gastroparesis which makes me vomit often and so my teeth have decayed!! And I have bad depression and anxiety

I was over charged on a A/C filter the sale was 13.99 I was charged 19.99. Bought 3 packs of meat the cashier Shelby was very rude just threw the meat in a bag leaving holes in them. Plus my eggs were cracked because she put heavy items on top of them. She does not have good customer service she was more worried about going to lunch. I won't be going back to Smiths in kingman Arizona

How dare you Smith's Corporate! 1st you gouge us with gas prices when before you were very fair in price! Now you take $1 off if you buy 5 items to 50¢ off for 6!!! Give the consumers a break!! I will no longer shop at your store and you can stop pretending to give us a discount when your prices are already at the top!! I'm so sick of corporations killing us financially!!!

You need to replace the manager at smiths at 2100s and 900 E she was going off on a customer in front of everyone it scared me and it was very unprofessional with her foul foul mouth I'm amazed she still works there.. NO one should have to witness that when they go into a store. She needs to be trained better or fired...

The smiths in Santa Fe, NM has a manager named Michelle who doesn’t stand by her products. Bought bad food and did not want to exchange without a receipt. I just wanted them to replace their bad product not get store credit or money back. I’m literally there shopping 3-4 times a week and now I’m not going back I’ll be shopping at Albertsons from now on. So will my family.

Called CSR because my wife who works for Smith's got hurt on the job by a customer. She has been denied workers comp even though she was bed ridden and could not work for over a week, they refuse to give her or me any information. Don't work for Smith's or Kroger. Joke of a company.

Your rose park store for months now has been ripping people off you should honor the price you put on your products and don't put it off to a new employee that can't do his job right for months. By the way you knew HR lady is a b**** I've been Shopping this store for 10+years. Now I've decided to shop at winco. Will someone please help. I am tired of going around in circles with my problem. I want a refund for 2 phones that I purchased in the Magna, UT store. I bought them as gifts. By the time it was brought to my attention that they did not work, the 2 week return policy was over. The issue is that these phones were sold saying they would work on the TMobile network. These phones are not 4G, they are 2G, 3G. Smith's wants us to have a digital account. Okay, why do these phone purchases not show up on my account? I am not talking about a lot of money here. I am talking about hours and hours of frustration. I have better things to do than trying to get someone to listen!!!

Even if you get them to answer the phone, you're connected to an overseas call center with someone who speaks English so poorly that all they can do is apologize for the inconvenience.
