Love getting my gas here. Also the savings plan is simple to understand and works. I don't ever have to argue for my rewards or anything. Simple, well organized, clean gas station and have never had a problem with the reward program.

Fish choice is very limited and not very fresh.Some of the produce is old.Prices are high, I usually shop for mostly fruits and vegetables, I talked to the produce manager, but it's still the same

Clarice was my cashier and she had an attitude with me the moment that I set down my groceries on the conveyer belt. Her and the cashier next to her were both texting on their phones & in some personal conversation. I was treated with an attitude of, "How dare you interrupt us!" Uhmm...ok? The bagger was amazing. I didn't catch his name, but he was wonderful and added an extra bag on some glasses. Clarice was just outright rude & rolling her eyes at me & I was nice to her. I frequent this store because it's close to my home, but honestly may not go back. There's no reason to be rude to customers for coming in your checkstand. Overall, bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend them.

If you're thinking of using Smith's for home delivered grocery orders, I'd suggest you run in the other direction. My recent experience with this grocery store was nothing short of a nightmare.First, let's talk about the website. It was so slow that it took me over three hours to complete my order. Waiting 30 seconds every time I clicked on the cart was beyond frustrating. And because of how long it took, over 15 items became unavailable and were pulled out of my cart. Are you kidding me?But that's not even the worst part. After putting in all my information and trying to place my order, I was hit with an error message. When I contacted customer service for help, I was told I needed to have a longer shopping history to make an online purchase. Nevermind that I've been shopping at Smith's for over 10 years! And now, for the grand finale, I discovered over $4,000 in unexplained charges on my credit card bill. To make matters worse, Smith's won't even deliver my order!I'm beyond angry and disappointed. My experience with Smith's was an absolute disaster, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Avoid this store like the plague!

The smiths is fine, but we've started to use the grocery pick up and that's where the frustration begins. It's a clear simple process but the lack of communication from smith's end makes it annoying and difficult. They don't let you know if you order isn't ready, even if you show up at the correct pick up time. They also haven't notified me when changing products. Like I get it, you're probably out of a few items and that's fine, but they don't communicate it, just hope you won't notice a switch. Just don't sell me the item and refund me for what you don't have. And don't tell me to come back in an hour when I selected a pick up window 8 hours in advance.Don't offer grocery pick up if you're unable to manage it

I see this kind of scam more and more with smith. I have a membership card, but still when I take discount products on the cashier the prices is double higher. It took couple boxes of the blueberries and left it on the cashier as they not $3.88 but $6.49 it's so said that they hope customer will not check there receipts. They wasting our time. Looking for another store to buy groceries from.

The "digital deals" are false advertising. They advertise a special price in the store as a digital deal, but even though I have a smith's card, and the smith's app, I was not able to access the deal or clip the coupon. I had to spend 15 minutes with different clerks and customer service to get the deal. I tried to make a complaint, but the clerk said that nobody at the store, including senior management, knew or cares anything about the digital deals.

Some of the worst and most angry employees I've seen at any grocery store since the end of the initial surge of the pandemic. Way too many of them are rude, angry and simply don't want to be there and happy to let you know that they are dissatisfied with their position in life.

The clothing area was very organized. Win was so friendly and helpful. Both the cashier and bagger were too. I noticed a pharmacist asked several customers 15 minutes after they closed if they needed help. Never seen that before anywhere. They closed their south doors after 9:00 even though they are open until 11:00 p.m. Their cut fruit wasn't very good. Huge parking lot but it's tricky turning left going south. They have great sales if you have a customer reward number. Same with gas discounts.

An employee at this location was staring at my special needs child and called him "gross"... Rather than make a scene or report it I just left and won't be coming back.

Terrible service at Smith's today by Smith's management. My bag of groceries ripped, causing a big bottle of olive oil to smash into pieces on the ground. Everything in the bag ended up covered in glass and oil. Smith's offered nothing in the way of help to clean up the mess other than a poor young employee with a roll of paper towels (she tried her very best, but her options were limited). I cut my fingers trying to pick up oily glass with my bare hands. A broom and a dust pan would have been helpful, as well as some professional cleaning supplies. They are a store and should have such things available. But they literally refused to help.

The gas station itself was great! But the guy working there was no help. The pump machine froze and I went up to ask for help, and very monotone he says, “I don’t see a problem” and mind you, prior to that, a girl went up to him and say, “it notified me to come up to you” and he said the same thing. He didn’t help at all. And my card has been over drafted $230 by the gas station today at 09/04/21 around 2 pm. So I’m quite upset. Aside from the employee, it’s my fav place to get gas.
