I have been a customer of smiths for decades-- not anymore! The prices went way up and the quality of everything else went way down! They have phased out club soda!! The employees don't seem to know anything about where things are. Packing crates have to be edged around because no one seems to want to stock the shelves! It's just sad! I can't afford to shop there anymore and have thrown away the savers discount card. It is tragic to see this happen. But if I can find the same items for a cheaper price at a different store- I am going. Bubbye Smiths

Went to fill a prescription after I moved to Murray and they required me to drive an hour north to my old Smith's to fill it, and refused to take it. Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation.

Really the worst Smith pharmacy I have ever used in so many years. They never answer the phone, customer service is so slow and not efficient at all.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I was waiting in line behind a customer and when it was my turn they told me they were now closed. How can they close while I’m waiting in line? It was literally 9:00 on the dot when they told me this. They don’t care about customers or helping you out. They were very rude and condescending the whole time. I wish I would’ve looked at the other reviews before sending my stuff here.

Slower than a lot of pharms but I don't think it's their choice to be so understaffed. They deal w a lot of annoying BS, I know because there is always some people holding up the line who didn't prepare or follow directions about filling a script etc. They have always been good to me so I give 4 stars but really, get these folks some back up!

I used to love this pharmacy and it's staff. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your experience was pleasant. I understand they are understaffed, but that in no way should reflect on my experience. I have a prescription that I fill every month and have active refills. They 'NEVER' have it in stock. Most recently, I called to fill a controlled substance and asked to fill it today, the person on the pharmacy's end of the line's answer was, yes in 30-40 minutes. I sent my bf to pick them up to find that they cn't be filled until tomorrow, which is fine had you not told me I could pick them up today. The pharmacist states I should have enough to last.... SO NOT THE POINT!!! I have my meds lady, but i wanted a refill. She says next time to ask to speak with a pharmacist to ensure the info I'm getting is correct ?!?!?! WTH???? No! If I can't trust your staff, I can't trust you. JOSH*** so sorry to come at you wrong. But you people need to get your act straight. I've had a long working relationship with this group of people, but it has gone to crap and I will be changing pharmacies. The first rule of customer service... take accountability for your side and acknowledge your custoemr and do what you can to make it right. My experience has not been a priority at this pharmacy for way too long!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a negative five stars I would. It is by far THE WORST I've ever dealt with. They absolutely never answer their phone so I had to go in multiple times in a cast to find out my prescriptions were not ready 24 hours after they were sent in. The first time I was told it would be a half hour more so I went back the next day only for that same prescription to still have an hour? How can that be? I will be taking all refills and any further prescriptions elsewhere

If I could give a zero I would. This pharmacy is a train wreck. They never answer their phone, it just leaves you on hold forever. The employees are rude and seem entirely incompetent. The lines are always backed up. It shouldn’t take an hour to ask for a prescription refill. One of the employees also loudly yelled to the pharmacist details about my prescription. Every single person standing around us could hear. It was embarrassing. Don’t come here. Just don’t.

Honestly this is THE WORST Pharmacy! I'm now on call #19 and I'm sure I won't get anyone to actually answer because I've been filling my scripts with this location for almost 2 years and not once have they ever answered when I've called! Convenience is no longer a factor and I'm going elsewhere. After 19 calls over a 1 week period you would think someone would do their job and answer!!!

I have been calling several times a day for 5 days in a row and have yet to have anybody pick up. I need a prescription transferred, and I am now out of the meds and starting to feel sick. I had to call the bakery to ask for a manager. For him to tell me “maybe they’ve just been too busy?” That’s not a valid excuse. There is no excuse for not answering the phone. I have tried calling different hours in the day, and let it ring up to 10 minutes each time. Absolutely unacceptable.

They Never answer the phone i called 3x in one day and each time letting it ring for 5 min. They was supposed to have my blood pressure meds ready for me on Tuesday it is now going on Sunday and i still do not have them. This is for the Smith's Pharmacy in Millcreek this is by far the worst one i have used. The one in Rose Park and in West Valley they get 5 stars. This pharmacy here in Millcreek shouldnt even get one. ? i am very disappointed in this pharmacy!!??

I like the lead pharmacist at this location. She’s a mom and smart which makes it easy to get support for your kids medicines. Also the lines move quick.

I came in at 9:45 and they told me they can't fill my prescription until 10:30 because they are doing covid. So I guess unless you have covid you are not a priority. Looking at all the reviews that are posted I'm shocked Kroger doesn't care about customer service at this location. I have never had any issues at the one on 21st and 9th maybe they need someone to come over here and train there employees.

After calls and coming in every day for over a week prescription is still not filled. Every time I come in I am told it will be ready in 30 minutes. So i come in the next day and still not ready. From my understanding this is a really common blood pressure medication to fill. And every time I have talked to someone at the pharmacy they act like they are put out. Looks like it’s time to switch pharmacies. Don’t bother coming here.

Avoid this place!! Went here to save money with goodrx, wish I hadn't. Drug not in stock, said they would have it in next day. Nope. Now calling for third time phone rings and rings and nobody answers. Terrible pharmacy.
