These people are always helpful. This is the Smith’s at Bengal BLVD, Cottonwood Heights UT. The entire pharmacy staff is top notch, friendly, helpful and kind.

This pharmacy will keep you on hold until you hang up. Check perscriptions for accuracy. On the upside, they are good for vaccinations.

The phone system is terrible, there is no voicemail and no way to text the pharmacy either. No way to call in a new prescription without talking to someone in person. They’re great in person, but I called a few minutes before their scheduled lunch time. Sat and listened to it ring for 5 minutes and then they were closed for lunch. They didn’t even bother to answer and they don’t have voicemail.

This pharmacy used to be great, but it isn't anymore. Long lines, poor customer service, and they never pickup the phone. It's really too bad.

Every time you get a RX it is usually wrong. So double check before you leave. I am not the only one that has experienced this. I can think of two other individuals.

Only go here for pre-packaged items. I needed sliced meat from the deli once and I literally saw the man working mopping the floors, came to ask what i needed and then proceeded to cut my deli meat without washing his hands or even CHANGING GLOVES. I had to ask him to change his gloves and he acted very put out. Not to mention the horrible smell when you walk into this Smiths. Smells like a rotten refrigerator. Step it up Smiths, you've got a lot of people that live near you but I'm sure by now most go to the Smiths off 94th!!

Trash Grocery Store in need of serious updating. No Apple Pay but guess what,.. even crappy Dan's has that convenience. Smith's sucks especially this location.

Mixed results at this pharmacy. The pharmacist who administered my covid booster was great... personable and professional. The pharmacy techs have not been good. I've heard them gossip and show discontent to the people showing up for covid boosters who did not have their original covid card (not to me directly). They appeared exasperated with their job. Another pharmacy tech, on a different day, typed and typed without acknowledgement of my presence. After a couple of minutes she asked what I needed. I asked if they had covid home tests (which I know they get asked for nonstop). It was an unpolite No.My guess is they do not get paid enough for what they do and/or smith's can't find good people. At the end of the day, there's nothing wrong with pharmacy but I doubt you'll get any problem solving or extra help that is needed at times.

If you want to find a grocery store that will allow full operation while there is a customer's dead body just lying there to rot within 10ft of the checkout stand, well this is the place for you. Maybe management could have done something rather than literally nothing???

Wow! The "friendly neighborhood pharmacist" does still exist! My prior two pharmacies have adopted a police mentality, treating you like a criminal and suspicious of every prescription you try to fill. I actually went to Smith's because the Walgreen's on Ft Union didn't have what was prescribed. That Walgreen's lost me for life... Smith's was so kind, caring and compassionate I'll gladly stay!!

Scheduled COVID booster for today. Can only get vaccine by appointment, which is fine. I arrived 5 minutes before appointment but we stood in line to check in and stood in line for shot. Received shot 25 minutes past appointment time. I got a flu shot a few weeks earlier at CVS inside Target and had a scheduled appointment. I checked in and received shot all within 10 minutes of arrival. Go to CVS instead.
