I’ve shopped at this smiths for years. Lately it’s gone way down hill. I recently only went there for the buy 2 get 2 free soda. Got all checked out and it didn’t ring up right. Check out girl told me they weren’t on sale. I pulled up the app and showed her on my phone that yes, they were in fact on sale. She kept arguing with me. Saying it wasn’t in her “app”. Wouldn’t help resolve it. I just left. This happens all the time with their “digital deals” nothing ever rings up right there. They make you jump through hoops for the discount. They mark everything as being on sale even if they’ve just jacked up the price $2 more from the week before. Tired of dealing with it.

Very clean and well organized. The pharmacy is fantastic. Everyone who works there is very kind and helpful. Easily accessible with the 209 bus. It’s a more quiet location up in the avenues.

Should get a discount for the amount of times I have to bag my own groceries. Sounds minuscule but it’s either that or baggers not knowing how to layer items and half of them are smashed when I get home or the bags tear. Better off going to winco

I call this the ghetto Smith's. The works never smile. They all look like they hate their job. They're rude and they don't know how to bag groceries. I got all the heaviest stuff crammed full into one bag and when I went to pick them up, the all ripped. Just common sense but common sense isn't always so common anymore. Ugh ..smh There are never carts. You have to go to the parking lot to get yourself. Just a very poorly run store.

You need speedbumps in the lower parking lot. Kids are using it as a cut through between E and F streets. I was almost run over by some kid flying like a bat out of hell from one side to the other.

The store was good, employees were nice. I used the women’s room and was shocked to find black water filling the sink. I tried to use the sink in the men’s room to wash my hands, and found more black water in the sink. I do not think I will return.
