What will it take to get them to invest into shopping carts. Ridiculous having to stand there for 10 minutes while we (yes multiple other customers) to get a cart available. This has been a regular complaint with many people over the last year. Do better.

I’ve been shopping here for 30 years and seen so much change. I don’t know what’s going on lately but the parking lot is a mess, the store is unorganized and the employees seem so unhappy. Something’s not right

Just your 'average' Smith's... Store seems smaller (or more cluttered, maybe) than most. Cashier was nice, Cart Puller stayed busy. I was there around 21:00 (9pm) and The Customers are DEFINITELY a bit more "Snooty" than I like.

Most of the time I buy strawberries they are either going bad with mold or not ripe at all. Plus they are way to expensive unless they are on sale.

The gals working the self check out questioning me about stealing without any reason really makes me want to go steal everything from now on . Not going to do it but oh my cmon. Instead of talking about drama focus on the people checking out & if you’re going t accuse someone you better have some damn proof.Feb 16th 6:55pm

This is the worst smiths in the city. They always have carts full of items to be stocked sitting in the middle of the isles. The employees are rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. Today I walked up to a checkout where the light was on indicating that it was open, there was a customer with items on the conveyor belt. The checker decided to yell at me at the top of her lungs “I’M CLOSED” as rudely as she could. After checking out at another line she was at the front of the store laughing and socializing with other employees. Get your employees some customer service training or lose business.

There are never any carts available and the quality of the produce is terrible. I’ve gotten food poisoning from their yogurt, which I have to assume was not refrigerated properly there.

I came in to the location, and was treated great by Jeannette, she showed me and my family love as we was walking in the door, she is the epitome of how tge Kroger culture should carry itself and I am never going to forget the warm welcome and embraces of her warm spirit.

First time visiting SLC and we popped into Smith's, assuming it was their local grocery store. Which it was.Great looking supermarket and clean. The cashier was super friendly. She was dressed up for Halloween.

Not nearly as well stocked as other Smith's.Produce shelves are dismal with the better-looking produce going to Smith's in richer parts of the city, forcing a healthy food desert in Sugar(hood). But there's plenty of bags of unhealthy foods, fully stocked and quickly replenished.12 years I've been shopping here, but always looking for reasons to go miles away, to better Smith's, elsewhere. The homeless issues in and around the store have gotten much worse with the tripled rents around here versus 4 years ago. There are now roving packs of hobo's flowing through this area at all times of the day and night. This is now an area where everyone can clearly see, but nobody mentions: lock your car!For years now, there's still the guitar-playing busker with the awesome cat at the front door. Spoiler Alert: giving him anything and saying "it's for the cat, not you"... he will use it for himself. Now I just grab a can of wet cat food for it while in the store, and if the guitar player wants to eat that, then more power to him. His guitar playing is awesome, but not as awesome as a cat-food eating guitar player! Now I can't STOP thinking about that...Smith's, if you can get the guitar player at your front door to start eating cat food and playing some good music, I will gladly change my rating and come back daily for that show! The bakery inside. There's never a large selection of baked goods, with everything looked like it was baked at other Smith's, then transported here. The deli counter is rarely occupied, but the employees are usually nice. However, they've become too reliant on packaging up everything, adding to the plastic waste this store produces.Overall, if you can easily go to another Smith's, do it! In a pinch, this place works. 55% positive rating.

I love shopping here! The people are friendly, and help you find what you need. The produce is always fresh, and their meat and seafood has more flavor than almost anywhere else

One register was open with a huge line. Was charged for using more than 10 bags when we didn't.
