please make sure your self-checkout attendants know to pay attention so they don't wrongly accuse someone of stealing groceries.
this morning, i paid for my groceries and had the attendant chase me out of the store to tell me that i didn't actually pay for them. she refused to look at the receipt i had or the 'approved' notification i had on my phone from apple pay and instead told me i had to follow her back to self-checkout to pay for my groceries. when we got back there, she took me to an entirely different checkout counter than the one i had used.

If you're from out of town, Smiths is a Kroger brand, so much like King Soopers too. Nice store, consistent quality.

Bad experience on the part of the security team, I was going to buy some things I needed to wash my clothes, but before buying I went to the bathroom because I had to go urgently and a blonde girl entered the men’s bathroom and went to take me out telling me that it was only for buyers, I was still going to buy but I needed to go to the bathroom before doing it. Very bad experience and I think he was racist because his way of talking to me was humiliating, it is regrettable on the part of this store and they still sell Latin products. Be careful when you go to the bathroom before buying and don’t go through that bad experience that I had.

The store is just a great disappointment, They never seem to have enough cashiers which is a problem when you have a cart full of groceries. Their produce its unreliable sometimes good , sometimes terrible. I took a friend of mine who needed an electric cart to do her shoping none of them were charged. I spoke with a manager who ironically was disabled himself. He said he'll take care of it. I but all of the blame on management. I feel bad for the employees have to work under those conditions. I visited the smiths in bountiful , and it was fabulous. It made the smiths in Rose Park on 600 N like it was a third world country.😔

This Smith's location sucks. Constantly out of products and baskets, produce is usually on the brink of going bad (especially bell peppers). No makeup aisle. Check that you're being charged correctly because it happens constantly that things ring up for more than the advertised price- true of all locations now, beware! One extra star because it is at least in a good location.
