My husband and I just stopped in a few minutes ago and honestly just had probably the best customer service experience with a gentleman with a name tag Logan. We’re in our 40’s so clearly we’ve been to many different gas stations. He was super warm, welcoming and greeted us. He asked if we found everything we needed okay and we left just in Awh with one of the most amazing feelings. I can’t express how much this made our day.

I came in today to get gass and Logan was going above and beyond to make sure he was helping everyone out while being super busy with orders great customer service definitely my favorite gass station to go too

I wanted a soft drink so I filled my cup with my favorite. It tasted disgusting. I couldn't drink it. Evidently nobody ever cleans out the nozzles. I don't think I'll be back.After receiving an e-mail from Speedway I noticed that the company representative wants my personal information including my "membership card" number, as well as the date and time that I visited Speedway and the name of the clerk who served me. I seriously doubt that the day shift personnel would have time to clean the soft drink nozzles or much of the other equipment inside, so obviously this was an attempt to just get me to shut up or perhaps an effort to place blame. When I visited, people were in line, waiting to pay for their purchases so day shift doesn't have time to clean equipment.No! This problem is because management has not required the necessary routine cleaning since the dispenser has obviously not been cleaned for a while. It's NOT the fault of the sales clerk who rang-up the sale and was polite and courteous and who also offered me their membership rewards card. Just have SOMEONE clean the dirty equipment.

This place gave the worst service ? literally did absolutely nothing no greeting or can I help you find anything and when checking out gave me a tip screen on the new POS system they added lol ?

Came into this "convenience" store with an emergency bathroom situation. No more that 3 minutes into my restroom visit a worker banged as hard as she could on the door. I said "yes?" No answer. She 30 seconds later banged on the freaking door again, and said "we have people waiting!" Just so embarrassing that I was rushed out of the restroom. I used to come to this location ALL THE TIME but this was so unnecessary and embarrassing that I absolutely will not return.

I was looking at the lighters and the greasy long haired hippie working there yelled at me so hard said i was behind the counter..i was barely a step up wanted to get a closer look i even said can i look at the lighters..and he yelled at me so hard and mean and I am a girl and never in my life have i been yelled at like that. And we had our drinks in the counter ..paying customers. The worst customer service i have ever had in my life. i am in tears and shaking, totally ruined my spirit and day. I will never go there again. Get some customer service oh yah like i was gonna rob the place i was looking for a cute lighter TO BUY .

I used to come here frequently. However I had a horrible experience recently while Ryan Coffman & his girlfriend were on duty. Shortly after I purchased an item I was standing at the counter & Ryan started in on a long bit on how the Ukrainian people should die & they are all Nazis. I was stunned & offended being educated on the subject & let him know I didn't want to hear it. He continued & then when I simply stated that there are many people just fighting for their sovereignty & survival he reacted by picking up the phone & calling the police stating there was a crackhead in his store that would not leave. It was almost surreal. I left & called law enforcement myself to set the record straight with the truth. Ryan Coffman & his girlfriend have no business working in that store if they are going to push hateful inappropriate speech towards customers without any provacation. It was horrible. I'm going to speak with management about it.

They put the 'Convenience' into convenience store. But, the best part is the app that you sign up for and get a member number and get lots of free stuff!
