Audrey is an excellent trainer for me. I first encountered her when searching the web for a trainer with experience helping older people. I have been with her all but 5 years, and since I began, my strength, balance, and flexibility have become more like those for a person younger than I am. I have never been injured or overdone through Audrey's coaching. She knows her stuff, and is a very nice person, as well.

Staying fit is a choice that Audrey makes easy (though she'll tell you it isn't). Over the last several months, the increased muscle definition, balance, strength, and stamina have been paying off, with just 3 sessions a week. While assisted stretching is extra, the increased range of motion is noticeable and appreciated. Working with a professional trainer is helpful, and Audrey is a very human soul!

I have been stretching and strengthening with Audrey for over a year and a half with great improvement in my range of motion and core stability. Audrey is always extremely positive and easy to communicate with and caters to your individual needs.
