I wanted to give a shout out to Ryan O. I came into this store yesterday with 100 questions, and he sat me down and made it easy to answer and talk about everything right away. Very professional, knew what he was talking about, and didn't mind my kiddo interrupting with DnD facts to feel included (we're working on that!). I really hate having to look at phone plans and phones, so thank you so much for making such a dreadful process quick and easy. I really appreciate it!

Dishonest. Told me I had 14 days to return a nearly $2000 phone they closed for renovations the day after and lied about that so I’m stuck with it and the line, managers are unhelpful and customer service I want to commit suicide when I call and they Dont understand me or listen to me. T mobile is trash. Dont walk away… run away

Ordered a phone online and when I went to pick it up, the person helping me brought it out from the back, scanned my ID, and then canceled my order. Instead of taking any responsibility for the mistake and working to fix it, they told me I had to reorder it online.

I came today and there was really long time of serving. Both two of employers weren’t even trying to be faster and 3 other customers were waiting them for an half a hour. Then even one customer from us left.

If you have any experience (bad ) with the customer service over the phone these guys are busting their butts to fix it and they do a very good job at it!!!

Waited almost an hour for them to tell me they are not authorized to help me since I am not the primary account owner and that I have to go through their phone in support instead.
