Needed to switch my existing Verizon iPhone number to T-Mobile and add a new line for my LLC. Initially, I thought this should be easy. However, some past transactions proved to complicate things tenfold. Jasmine was a rockstar in helping me get everything sorted to accomplish my end goal. She is very intelligent and was able to stay ahead of the corporate tech support we needed to get the job done. I had to make two more return trips, but each time the staff made me feel very welcome and worked hard to take care of my difficult ask. Jorge, Ricky, and Ed are so cool and helpful. Ed is the manager, but he cares so much about making experiences the best possible for both his employees and customers alike! Huge props to the team and I will for sure be back for any further mobile needs. Already referring friends that want to leave Verizon. Thanks T-Mobile Sugarhouse!

I just wanna say I had an amazing experience at this store. Ed and his crew took care of me quickly and efficiently. They found me the best deal and even saved me a good amount of money. Terrible scam of a store.A pushy salesman sold us on converting four lines over for a $800 rebate/promotion. Months later, we still hadn't gotten our promotion credits so I visited the store and they tell me "Sorry, actually, three out of your four lines weren't eligible for the credits."Completely screwed our family out of $600 dollars and then offered no zero remediation when I visited the store to bring up the issue. I plan to take legal action against this store.EDIT: I emailed the person below, Addison Wathen, and here was their response. This is a completely avoidant response given that I did speak to the store manager when I visited months ago- and the manager offered zero remediation."Unfortunately this situation would be something that could have been quickly resolved had a manager been involved. Sadly now since you are looking for legal action I will have to refer you to our legal team for all future communication."Avoid this store and the slimy managers that operate it.
