Available, affordable care. Appreciated the physicians taking time for my case and to listen to me. Got my problem sorted- something that ortho and spinal specialists were unable to accomplish. Great referral to PT- the DPT did a fantastic job figuring out my problem, something many other PTs have been unable to do. It won't be a fast visit, but medicine isn't customer care. A lot of the negative comments don't seem to understand that. Fantastic care from both the resident and attending physicians. Thank you!

Great doctors but they forgot to put in the x-ray order and then went to lunch for 90 whole minutes and then I came back after their long break and it was still this mega fiasco where no one was answering the phones or the different colored teams etc. Even the registration seemed to not be used to taking an x-ray order which seems like a basic thing that shouldn't be a headache.

GO SOME WHERE ELSE I've had nothing but an awful experience here came for my 830 am apt for them to tell me my appointment want canceled didn't you get the message or phone call only realize they never sent me anything! Said I could still be seen I waiting in the geral waiting for over 1 hour and I am currently going on 50 min in the private waiting room disrobed as per the AS orders 0 Proficiency lack communication they are friendly but that's not enough!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I hope this helps change how they treat customers.The receptionist checking me in was unprofessional. I told her I was here for an apt and had my license and insurance ready to hand her.She looks at me and says… what are you here for? I was surprised because I had talked to multiple people on the phone for 2 days on why I needed the appointment. I replied can I tell the nurse that when they take me back? She then loudly says… I just need something to enter into you chart. She was so loud the people behind her all turned and looked at us.I replied this isn’t a private space and I asked for my documents back.The entire waiting room would have heard me…Yes…I could have worded it differently.Yes… she could have input anything to bypass the system.Not only am I terrified something is wrong with me I had to Uber to my apt because I had to give my vehicle that has car seats to people that were picking up my 3 children from daycare in order for me to make appointment.I was thankful to get in on the waiting list last minute, but I don’t support not treating everyone with kindness.No one wants to go to a doctor.No one is going to a doctor because they feel fine.Patients need support and to be treated well.

The first appointment I felt the nurse Hillary didnt address anything I actually needed, told me they'd follow up and I never heard anything. I couldn't schedule a follow up that day because by 3pm everyone was already out of the office. The second time, she canceled my appointment the day before so I couldn't see anyone else. Good thing I took the urgent matters into my own hands and decided not to depend on them. I will not be booking any more appointments here. I feel like they have a disregard for public health.

I've been a pt.for many years. I can't get into see my Dr. Karl Kirby. Have gone to a different Dr. And sent in a release of records. 3wks. Ago! No response. I've been trying to call them, but they are not answering. Hours on VM say they're open! Never there when you need them!

Had an appointment right when they open but was struggling to find the main building which was actually upstairs on the 2 floor. Wish they could help direct patients were to go online but if you asking someone or any nurses walking around they’re usually friendly enough to help you out :)

I was a patient for many years. This place was very helpful 10 yrs ago. Gone completely downhill! I tried 4 months ago to get an appointment for my diabetes check. Was told I can't make an appointment for 3 months. Dr. Schedule full,he's out for a month, etc. Went somewhere else. I've been trying to get records from them, and they aren't responding!

Made an appointment for 5:15 to specifically at blood drawn. Get there for my appointment to find out the blood draw guy punches out at 5. Needless to say I didn't have anything taking care of that I specifically made my appointment for. I went to reschedule and the girl Erica G that was trying to help reschedule me acted like she was high as a kite and more interested in twirling her hair than paying attention to what was going on. This office used to be so great and it has went so down hill extremely fast. I don't know if I should trust my health in the hands of incompetent people that can't even schedule an appointment the right way. I am extremely upset but I'm going to give them one more chance. I sure hope it will get back to being a great family doctor to come to but lately it sure is not.

I’m a fairly new patient and i can not say enough about this clinic. i did debate giving 4/5 stars only for the fact, it did take over 15 minutes for me to get back into a room. as well as the “lab tech” has no regards to patients waiting and prefers to get on the phone while 4 people are waiting. BUT the entire staff from front office to back definitely changed my mind around.i’ve been searching for months for the right clinic to handle my primary needs and i am truly grateful for the referral from a friend to have found them.i was asked for permission before the staff had their students evaluate me and help with my care. of course i consented because we all had to learn how to do our jobs somehow, right?the front desk ladies are a delight! they have pokémon playing and being a kid of the 90s my heart was delighted.while getting checked in, the girl with dark curly hair and glasses was AMAZING to sit and talk with me about, of all things, hair colors lol.the doctor i saw was able to refill my prescriptions, her medical student was very thorough to explain the labs they were doing, what medications would be introduced in the outcome of said labs. the doctor and her medical student made sure to answer any and all questions before i left my appointment. i was able to get a referral to a specialist too!i appreciate how thorough they are when accepting new patient and establishing care. i was asked a ton of mental health evaluation questions to ensure i was okay.the pre-questionnaire online asked my my pronouns, status ect.. and i love that honestly. you have the right to decline to answer the questions but i appreciate it.i’m very satisfied that i now have a clinic i can feel safe to go to for my health.

Dr. Swanson is a great! He listens and makes me feel heard! The staff is always nice and welcoming and very responsive when it comes to appointments and medication refills.

I felt like I got quick assistance, and great care. The whole staff is pleasant, considerate, and welcoming. I get anxiety about going to the doctor, and they all helped keep me at ease.
