The employees here are awesome, but, Starbucks, as a company, is a union busting, inhumane, corporate greed machine and you should avoid them if at all possible. Starbucks Inc is a post-capitalist nightmare machine.

Very friendly and attentive staff. We forgot one sandwich while ordering online and they warmed one up for us immediately when we arrived.

The entrance from the outside was locked, they were open and the 3 ladies working just stared at me as I pulled the handle. I went inside the hotel and entered that way and the ladies were still standing in the exact same spot.Just unlock the door so other people can come in.

This is run by the hotel. Stayed in Sheraton for 8 days. Tried to use Starbucks rewards each time i visited & they gave an excuse like, “oh, rewards, well, it’s not working today,” or “sometimes it works.” They lied. It never worked. They do not accept rewards here. They should put a sign up that says, “your well earned rewards are no good here.” I’d appreciate that, since they do expire. The dishonestly put such a bad taste in my mouth, I cannot recommend this Starbucks. Makes me wonder if the coffee is authentic too. What other lies are they telling? Zero stars.

I've traveled through 7 states and two continents in the past 12 months. This Starbuck was the worst experience I've had. By far.Did not accept the Starbucks App. Very poor customer service. Not friendly. They were out of a good portion of the typical menu. gave me wrong size drink. Did not accept the Starbucks App. These are just a few of the issues. The employee just acted like she did not care about anything, and I doubt I'm going to be the only complaint.Very disappointing, as I rely on the consistency of Starbucks through my travels.

Upon entering the baristas didn't greet me or my friend. We don't pay any mind to their "busy" morning developing so I decided to go about my conversation with my friend. As if not to be bothered with menial pleasantries. We are up next to order and the baristas sassy attitude is followed by the worst customer service skills I've ever had at a Starbucks in my life, and that is "what do you want?" In a scoffed manner. At this point I'm clutching my pearls, unsure if the baristas sassy attitude and way of taking my order is to be followed by more rude and unprofessional lack of manner. Not only did the person who made our drinks call them something completely different than what we ordered. They anticipated us to just be able to discern their interpersonal horse games at work to confuse paying patrons of a Starbucks inside an establishment that is labeled as "HOSPITALITY". Let me assure you, there was nothing hospitable about this experience and I will be forced to reach out to the BBB to further escalate my horrid experience with the Starbucks inside of the Sheraton in Salt Lake City.

All new staff didn’t know how to do anything. I wanted to upload money to my phone out of the 4 working there no one knew how to do that. Told me if I wanted to I would have to wait awhile till someone else came. Horrible customer service. Whoever is the manager needs to better train their staff and should had never left them alone without proper training.

People who work there are really nice, but everytime I order drinks they make it taste like nothing. I even ask for extra caramel or matcha on my drinks, but still taste plain.
