This Starbucks is probably one of the busiest locations in the valley because it is located in the U of U Hospital and healthcare providers are always tired & overworked. The amount of volume and fast service this location still does is so impressive, I give props to these baristas! Literally they are keeping this hospital going and running. The drinks have always been made properly and have always been just as delicious even with how busy the baristas are. I enjoy Frappuccino's the most, especially the Mocha Cookie Crumble one, so that is my usual order. I think because of the amount of orders that come through in a day, they do not allow online orders to mess with the queue (is what I believe), which may be kind inconvenient for some, but this location is almost purely for healthcare providers, so those who NEED a coffee will come and wait in the long-looking, but actually short line. Most people that come by the Starbucks do no sit in the area, they normally take their drink and go. This is a high-volume, to-go based Starbucks, so the turn over in the area is quite a lot and so there will normally be seats available if you're looking to sit. It may look crowded, but it's just providers waiting for their drink to take back to their unit.

Super busy and very organized which is great. However, the coffee is awful. Very weak. Which is so surprising for a Starbucks. A short, 4 shot latte was also weak. How could that possibly be? Gave it a second try and it was the same. Awful. At $9 a clip, you would expect a decent latte. So disappointing and the only coffee place in the UofU Hosp

Don’t pay attention to your order. 4 shot latte in a short cup with a small amount of steamed milk. Get a tall cup with milk to the top. Can’t taste the espresso.

Well once in a while I do eat here while waiting to be seen or to pick up my meds. There was one philipino woman behind the counter that she made my experience less than pleasant today. She was laughing very hard, very inappropriately and had her phone on top of the counter as she was taking pictures (or making fun of people with disabilities?) I felt uncomfortable being at the table eating with somebody pointing her phone at me. Come on! Don’t these employees know they are at a hospital where ill people and disabled people might be? She acted very ignorantly. Laughing really loud and behaving really inappropriately with her phone up. I hope I don’t have to come here again but this is definitely the worst Starbucks! People need to be trained not to act like this!

Most Starbucks are pretty alright. I watched the Manager continually chew on something (plastic) the entire visit. I was the only person grossed out by it. It's got clean tables and decent coffees.

For being in the hospital they only offer ONE sugar free option. They need to improve this. The atmosphere is very relaxed with pleasant music playing. The staff could be friendlier. With this being such a popular busy place the staff should definitely know how to keep a smile in their eyes ( they are still wearing masks)and in their tone of voice. Even if they're having a bad day. Because most people who come here are having a bad day with the family member in the hospital. Not to mention the staff that I probably constantly overworked and overtired.
