Lots of attendants and nice equipment working to make things run smoothly, just not my preferred product.

While starwash does provide a better-than-average automated car wash, there is little pretreatment available. Additionally, the rinse is not adequate and my vehicle frequently is left with soap dripping from it. The dry cycle is mediocre and generally leaves my car with some water spots. The free vacuums are adequate. At $10+ it is not the best value for your money.

The automatic car wash that actually gets your car clean. I've taken my LX470 through here a few times when it was really dirty thinking I was going to have to manually clean it again a few days later to get all the crud off. I was happy to find that that wasn't the case and it was nice and shiny. Its expensive but it does a good job.

Cheap-$6 for the basic wash and I thought it was a great one for the price. Good unlimited free vacuums with large parking spots. Friendly service. I'll be back.

This place is great. I came in today, they checked all my stuff, aired up my tires replaced my windshield wiper blades, topped of everything and were SUPER polite! I love the platinum wash that's included and the free vacuums. This is the only pace I go! You guys rock!

I used to love this car wash, then it changed owners. The wash itself is good, but the vacuum and equipment is terrible. I had to go from bay to bay to find a vacuum that worked and had a nozzle. They could have at least put an out of order sign up. The hoses seem shorter, and the suction is not nearly what it used to be. They also upped their prices. Too bad, because this used to be the best car wash, vacuum, and value in the area. Now I need to find a new one.

This place sucks. I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with 1700 miles and not a scratch, other than the left side rear door that is now trashed thanks to this car wash. I took the car back within 45 minutes of the wash, filled out an accident report and was told I would be contacted in two days after the guy "talked to management". Have they contacted me? What do you think? My brand new vehicle is now damaged because of this place, and of course they don't give a sh!t.

It's hard to find a drive through car wash that isn't the local gas station add-on. We found this one close by and decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I are big fans of Travel Clean in Park City so we didn't know what to expect from Star Wash. While the facility was nice and the wash itself seemed longer than what you get at Travel Clean, the brushes also seemed harsher and it was insanely louder in the car. This was worrisome as it seemed to just be an endless battering on the car and it's paint job. I'm not sure I would go back here unless I really had to. I work in Park City so I think I'll stick with Travel Clean.

After paying the extra money to get my tires cleaned, the wash was not able to remove the dirt off my wheel rims. This is the third time this has happened. the two times before, the attendant gave me a rag to wipe off the rims. The third time, the attendant gave me attitude and would not give me a rag and would not refund my purchase. I felt very belittled and ripped off as a customer. Luckily, my credit card company refunded my money. The previous times i have been to this car wash, the wash was not able to remove the bugs off my front bumper. All in all, this place is a big waste of money. Find a competitor and give them the business that they deserve for providing a legitimate service.

I did my lube here. They stripped my thread on my oil pan. I started to smell oil as a result of the stripped threads, and took my car in to see if they knew what it was. They said that it was just a mess from previous oil changes, and they were nice to clean it up. Well the burning smell came back. I took it in to a different lube place and they confirmed my suspicions, my pan thread was stripped. Great car wash but not such a great lube.

I dig Star Wash. Their automatic washer does a better job than most. They keep the machinery in good shape and proper operating condition. The vaccuums really Suck and the dryer blows... hard! The price is fair and the service is good. I like to drop off my ride and let them wash it and change the oil, while I go across the street and enjoy a nice deli sandwich at Granato's. Great plan!
