My mom visited your location and had a disappointing experience. Despite her clear request for three scoops of tuna, the employee insisted on five, ignoring her preference even when she agreed to pay full price. Another customer tried to help, but the employee reacted unprofessionally, leaving my mom feeling attacked. Eventually, an older bilingual female employee stepped in to assist, prompting the younger employee to react unprofessionally by removing her gloves, throwing them, and leaving while cursing and yelling. It took 20 minutes to get a single sandwich. When I called seeking a manager, I was abruptly hung up on.And to add to the frustration, the Subway website keeps crashing on all my devices and when trying to submit reviews on there, nothing happens or gets sent. But all other websites on the internet run just fine.

BEST SUBWAY EVER!!!!! I come here about once a week and it’s usually not the greatest service. I would like to thank Luis and Carter especially for their work. The store was so clean also. 10/10

Luis was super awesome. Made some good conversation while he was making my sandwich, and was exactly the smiling face I needed after a REALLY hard day at work. Someone get this young man a raise!

I hate to leave less than favorable reviews. I decided to stop at this Subway location around 9:40 pm. I was looking for something healthy. Saw online that you guys closed at 10 pm. I pulled up at this time and immediately the employees shut off the light. And wouldn't let me in. I felt it was rude. It was almost like they didn't want to serve me to get out early.

Just ordered and left the subway on 5400 south and 3200 west. Bad experience. After they heated my 12 “ meatball, it sat there for 25 minutes while they finished the woman in front of me. She ordered 7 sandwiches. The when the young Hispanic girl checked her out, I wanted her give to employee a $20. Bill for all the sandwiches and the employee gave her back a lot of money back for change. Then when I was ready to check out, the young female Hispanic employee left to go into the back room with some money from the till.Looks like she was stealing from the Subway.Bad service, the meatball sandwich did not have enough meatballs (5 total).The manger needs to fix these issues.

Went to order 2 footlongs and it took over 20 minutes to order. Our server took his sweet time and gave us literally 4 of ever veggie we asked for so had to keep asking him to add more and took a long time to ring us up as well.

Might as well close it down again. Order placed online for pickup. Sandwiches were made incorrectly. Upon returning to get them corrected the employee was combative and sure that they were correct. Then learned that they did miss some specific ingredients that are an additional charge. Upon returning home the sandwich was horrible and very salty. I could speculate if the sandwich was intentionally salted or if it was just that bad of food. Polite interaction with the employee was not reciprocated from the employee. This is an unfortunate situation that is not conducive to long term success. I won’t be returning to this location.

Love subway regardless. If one person makes your sandwich and you tip the tip gets split between everyone working just FYI found that crazy
