Excellent customer service from a very nice woman named Shelly at the front register. Shelly chased after a gentleman who left one of his project pieces on the counter and assisted me in getting a Sutherlands sign card that has benefits for customers. Shelly also had all the popcorn already bagged and ready to go for customers.Excellent work Shelly!

I've bought from Sutherlands for years. I've had nothing but good service from them and my last interaction yesterday was above and beyond!! It's well worth the drive if it's out of your way and skipping the other stores. Thank you!

Someone recommended that I try here instead of other home improvement stores but that was a mistake. Pricing was similar but the building is falling apart, no one to help, the wood was warped and twisted beyond anything I have seen before. It felt sketchy being there and there was only like 3 other customers on a Saturday. Won’t be back.

Employees were very nice and helpful. I had never been inside of a Sutherlands before, but came inside after looking at some of their plants outside in the parking lot. The front of the store seemed like they were renovating a bit or moving displays around. They have a small area there in between the restrooms that is a single dog washing station! They seem to have a nice selection of different products, and had I not been in a rush, I would have loved to look around more.

Friendly staff and a better selection of lumber than HD. Wayne was also amazing at answering my questions about the cost of getting lumber cut OnSite.

Friendly staff. Clean and well organized store. Found the plumbing and kitchen department to be great. Have walked out the the store a few times without buying anything however because the prices were just too high.
