My boyfriend walked in to get a new screen protector on my phone, an employee was helping a customer with her “watch.” After helping her, they proceeded to chat it up and pull each others phones out and show eachother pictures, places to paddleboard, and vacation pictures. My boyfriend stood around for 15 minutes and finally got sick of watching the employee and customer fall in love and decided to leave. Seriously an embarrassment for this store. Poor customer service, do better!

I was looking for a new phone for my kid but just checking prices. I arrived at this store and Jesus helped me and gave me a great deal I couldn’t deny. He speaks English and Spanish perfectly. 100/10

The service provided by the employees here is just amazing. Jesus, Unice, and AJ all helped with good customer service tones and all new what they were talking about. Overall, it was just a great experience. I highly recommend anyone looking into new phone or plans to go to this location!

Independent StoreNOT Corporate StoreThis is your warning.The current manager has no customer service skills and is only worried about the stores bottom line and not making things right. In writing this much you know they'll say "oh no, let's discuss it to make things right". It's too late for that. You had your chance. I won't be back and recommend to the reader to avoid this store and go to a Corporate Store.This is your warning.

This location is smaller than most. The employees make up for that though. Youth is an awesome manager. The staff are and were so veryyyyy helpful. Thank you guys!

Wouldn't let me buy a phone even though my name was on the account. I just wasn't the primary account holder. My sister and I share an account and we just have her listed as primary but my name is on the account as well. I guess if T-Mobile doesn't want my money okay then. I'll just buy somewhere else.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience at this T-Mobile location. Eunice provided stellar service and was very attentive and detailed when explaining the options we had upgrading our plan. Eunice was very informative in explaining the technology and different features available on several devices. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Eunice is an amazing asset to T-Mobile.

After being on hold w T-Mobile for an internet outage and being sent to another store, I was not helped at all hereSyed was only interested in getting me out of your store and not fixing the issue. I was told my home internet would be working after he looked at the internet box and downloaded the app. The T-Mobile reps on the phone indicated the device was defective and sent me to Jordan landing to do a warranty exchange. Jordan landing didn’t have the right kind of internet box and sent me to this store.I told Syed I work from home on east coast standard time and stressed the importance of my internet working so that I may work. The store doesn’t open until 10 AM and I work several hours earlier than that.When I returned home, the internet box was still not responsive and the store is closed and I cannot work today. I was apparently mistaken to think anyone at this store cares if I lose income because of faulty equipment that your store isn’t willing to honor the warrant deed on.My son also fell in this store and cut his lip. So after hours at instacare and returning home w no internet was disappointing to him.If I cannot get my internet resolved today, I am forced to cancel my T-Mobile account and return all equipment. The point of converting was to add stability to my life. This is not stable. Your store doesn’t even communicate w the call center or the other store that I was at.I did my due diligence and followed instructions from both the T-Mobile home support rep and the Jordan landing store. The Jordan landing store was going to honor the warranty deed if they had the right equipment. I’m not sure why this store isn’t on the same page.I feel like I was shuffled around and never helped.
