Lessie helped me get a new phone set up when my previous one had a screen crack that I could not use it and need it for work. He went above and beyond and made sure that my plan was correct and even though I had a super old one made sure to get me all set up with a better one that saved me money. I have been to other T-Mobile stores in the valley and this store was the best one I have been too!

Switched phone carriers and LESSIE was awesome! We are dinosaurs with technology and Lessie could not have been more professional, patient and kind. Truly a fantastic customer experience!!! I would give Lessie 10 stars if that was an option.

The best asset of SLC T-Mobile @ Foothill : Lessie!!! Lessie is kind, thorough, patient and dedicated to see the job all the way through. Lessie clearly cares about helping customers and good customer service is very hard to find…. Lessie delivers!!!On an interesting side note not related to Lessie: a tall slender man with dark brown hair walked into the store, keyed in the code to the back room was was not seen for the entire time I was being helped (2 hours). It was obviously an employee and there were other customers in the store that were waiting to get help. Classy. Leaving oneco-worker on the floor to help all the customers while you hide out in the back room. This employee clearly does not care about helping customers and should be fired. I was in the store on 1/15/24 for reference.

Lessie was extremely helpful (a lifesaver!). He spent all the time we needed to resolve our problems with an app. And also left us with a screenshot video with instructions! He was so professional and also so kind.

0 stars if I could. Arrogant, rude, condescending. I went in to get a new screen protector since my I pay for protection360. On my account, it lists that I’m covered for screen protectors. The kid at the desk would only tell me my “number isn’t in the system”. He finally explained that if I didn’t pay for a screen protector when I bought the phone, then protection360 doesn’t cover it. I became upset because of how condescending he was acting towards me. He did absolutely nothing to help, and just repeatedly told me he “couldn’t help me”. I would say find another T-mobile store, but I have yet to find one with any sort of customer service.

Shay's performance was exceptional!!! She demonstrated extensive knowledge, a friendly demeanor, and valuable support. The time invested was absolutely worthwhile. She successfully resolved my network settings and so much more.
