It doesn't make me feel very safe knowing that the whole system's down for all the T-Mobiles does not make me feel good about my phone service and the three lines that I have Y'all need to do something.

Horrible they never give a solution to anything and little empathy I went to have the tempered glass changed since I paid for an insurance for glasses and as it was not in the system I went to another t-mobile and they changed it without any problem.

1. They don’t Ever answer theirs phones At All. Today I tried calling multiple times and ended up getting the beep beep like the line got busy or something. I went to the store and man alive no wonder why they don’t answer the phones. 2. There music is so loud! I almost can’t hear myself think. Plus they don’t greet you (sometimes or most of the time I’ve noticed) 3. plus they don’t say oh I’ll be right with you or if you have to wait, and finally are with them.. they don’t say.. sorry for the wait. I’ve been at this location a few times because it’s my nearest one to me. I’m sure T-Mobile won’t take the time to read this but I’m sure I’ll get criticized for the negative review. I may end up just going to a different one. Oh ya, it seems they cater (just my thoughts) to Hispanics. Theirs like 2 ladies there. Maybe.. 3 if your lucky. Anyway I’ll shush up now.

I gotta say, the worker on the weekend is one of the worst I've had to deal with at this store. Has no salesperson skills or demeanor. You don't have to blatantly say or have rude behavior to be rude. This is the second time I e dealt with this person and I like her even less. You're not doing me any favors honey, I'm doing you a favor by bringing my business to your store. I will never stop into this store on the weekend again. The manager of this store is the only reason and motivation that would have me walk in again. This person on weekends is not a pleasant or happy person working retail

Helpful and professional staff with high-end customer service. Ona, the manager, was very patient and kind to all of the customers on the floor, including myself. I would definitely recommend this location

Way too expensive there 5 g is slow. Altogether internet service providers are defrauding customers left and right with all the hidden fees and charging way to much for something that shouldn't in the first place when the cost of rent and food is too high as is it shouldn't cost you to use a phone and internet like it does I mean in my opinion it should be free like it use to be for a phone and internet aswell.

The staff at this location is polite enough, but were very unhelpful. I was simply trying to drop my phone off for a deferred trade-in, as I had just purchased a new one last night and took it home to transfer my data from my old device. While this was a different location than where I made the initial transaction, the staff member specified that I could return my old device to ANY T-Mobile location. My receipt also specified as much. But, after talking to 2 different staff members at this location, the first person insisted otherwise, and that I will need to send in my old device via mail and offered to print a shipping label. I went outside to read the receipt further and decided to go back in. I explained to the second person that I had just been in moments ago, and wanted to be sure I wasn’t confused. She then told me it must’ve been a “corporate location” that I went to. I thanked her and went on my way. I then called the store to bring the matter up to a manager. 4 tries, no answer. Very disappointed with my experience as its the closest location to me, and I wont be returning.(Written 09/23/23 at 5:30PM)
