This company is a rip off. I never received my order from Office Depot which was being delivered to my home by TForce Logistics.I called Office Depot, and they received a delivery slip that was forged with me name. It seems that TForce keeps the items and are stealing them instead of giving the items to the person who ordered it. Don't do any business with Office Depot or TForce. Con men.

Shows that it is out for delivery for multiple days and the only response I get to my inquiry is a template email that ignores my question. I received the package on Monday.

My shipment arrived in Salt Lake City on the 18th of October and has been there for over 10 days. There was never a delivery appointment listed in the BOL although they are claiming a delivery appointment needed to be scheduled. I have never been contacted for a delivery appointment and have been told by customer service over and over that my freight will be delivered by 12pm tomorrow. They are the most unprofessional freight company I have ever dealt with. I did not choose them for my freight company as my vendors shipping broker contracted their services. I will be sure to let my vendor know to never use Tforce again. I myself will never use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!If you are requiring LTL freight, full load or another freight hauling service. Use ANYONE else.Worst customer service ever, multiple lies told about delivery dates times. Horrible/non-existent communication, when you do get a hold of someone they hang-up on you. Just to name a few.I REPEAT, DO NOT USE T-FORCE FREIGHT!! FORMERLY UPS FREIGHT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. Not only were they past the 4 hour time window THEY chose to give me. They were 2 hours and 15 minutes late after the time window they show up willy nilly not a single apology, they have no shame and evidently think its fine to just leave you hanging forever and just show up whenever they want. No explanation, no phone call, no apology. They thought it was funny too which made me even more mad.

Worse company called to say my equipment would be delivered over a week ago and still have not received it. I called they said they couldn't find my order and my equipment. Sounds like a great bussisness stealing people's equipment and then making money off of it. Looks like from other reviews just and all around terrible company.

I waited for 20 days to receive two different shipments and T-force sent them BOTH to the wrong address and then claimed it was my fault. This is despite the fact that I called the company 3 times to finally have them pick up my orders and then once more the day before delivery to make sure these idiots had the right address. They still delivered to the wrong address. Off by several miles. NO ONE SHOULD USE THESE CLOWNS!

Beware! This company is a joke! They said they attempted to deliver my package today but no one was home. THAT'S A LIE! I took the day off work to receive this package - I'm home! PLUS, I have camers (x3) - I can see no one has come to my house! Now they say I have to wait 24 - 48 hours for them to "re" attempt my delivery! The driver completely lied - a delivery was not attempted today! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! RIDICULOUS!

Complete disaster of a company.A pallet of items was shipped from California on with an ETA shortly after. T Force has called and scheduled THREE different delivery dates and has missed every single one of them. When we called the shipper to ask what was going on, they tracked it and T Force initially told them it had been delivered and signed for (it wasn't). On subsequent follow ups they admitted it hadn't been delivered and was at the terminal. They then called to schedule a delivery window again, which we agreed to, and once again, they didn't show up. Finally, this past week, they called to schedule delivery yesterday (3rd scheduled delivery over 2 weeks), and, guess what? Didn't show up again. The agent was rude when we asked "are they really going to show up this time?" saying we didn't need to tell them that they were missing appointments. Today we escalated the matter to T Force headquarters and were assured the "station manager will call you today to schedule delivery tomorrow." Guess what? No call from any station manager, and they don't answer the phone.DO NOT SHIP T FORCE. I see all the other reviews on here now with equally horrible experiences.How are they even in business?We're going on 2 months now waiting for a product we ordered in June.

This is the 4th time they said they would deliver a shipment to my house from 1-5pm. They did not show up every time so far. It has been 1 month and 3 days since they first said they would deliver.Edit (after the copy paste response from TForce): I have already talked to TForce representatives on the phone many times. I was told that a manager would call me back, but that has never happened. No point in me calling once more to be told that the shipment will be delivered on a certain day, only to wait at home and not get anything delivered.

My wife ordered a mirror from IKEA. TForce was the company IKEA used to deliver the mirror. Bottom line, a very disappointing, unprofessional, absolutely terrible experience. My wife received notification that when her order was out for delivery she would receive a call so she could be ready to accept the delivery when it arrived. She never received any call/text/email. The only reason she knew something had been dropped off was because she received a notification from our doorbell that someone had been at the front door. What she saw when she opened the door was beyond unacceptable. The mirror was dropped off in a tattered box and the mirror was completely shattered. Thus explaining why no notification was given that the mirror would be arriving soon. The delivery guys simply didn’t want to deal with the problem and dropped the mirror off and left. The first picture is of exactly how the mirror was left, the others show the damage to the mirror. My wife immediately called IKEA and explained what happened. They gave her the contact information for TForce. She called TForce and asked for the delivery guys to come back and take the broken mirror back. To no surprise they never showed up after my wife was told they were on their way. I then called TForce myself on two separate occasions asking for the mirror to be picked up. Both times I was told a truck would be by that afternoon to pick it up. Again, to no surprise, the mirror was never picked up. At all costs I would avoid using TForce. If it’s you’re only choice, good luck… The customer service was terrible and of no help. Just full of empty promises.In response to the owner: 411939288

Order was shipped on 1/31/21 and supposed to arrive 2/7/22. It is 8 days past due, hasn't been scanned since 2/2/22. Customer service will only tell you that it is still in transit. Tracking now shows that they attempted to arrange an appointment for delivery which is a lie. This is a commercial delivery and someone is at the warehouse from 8 - 5. There have been no attempts to deliver.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!!!!!!! WORST customer service ever. You call them. The people you talk to are not even in the US. I asked for one in the US, or a supervisor. All I got was "give me your phone number and I will have supervisor call you". No return call. My shipment from Office Depot was to be delivered on 3 different days. First day, excuse was, Ran Out of Time? Say what? They don't deliver all packages on the truck? Next day was told it was to be delivered. Found out the package was never even loaded on the truck. Yesterday I was PROMISED to have package delivered. Also was to get a call 60 minutes prior to delivery. I heard nothing. Now it shows expected delivery today. Called last night, excuse this time. Truck broke down. I am curious to see what the excuse will be today. You need to make customer service reps available in the United States!!!!!!! Avoid TForce at all costs. UPS made a HUGE mistake in purchasing a company that cannot and will not deliver in a timely manner. Just waiting on the CAN Answer every other review has gotten.Also, just tried the Submit an Inquiry!!!! Oh, you can't do that either. Will not take it.
