Sound was horrible. Isn’t the whole point of a concert venue to showcase their artists? Isn’t the whole point of going to a concert to actually hear the music?? It was a garbled muffled mess and it was a total disappointment. I left halfway through. I will never go to a show there again unless they update their sound system. ??? I should get my money back. Not ok.

Went to the Josh Tatofi concert. The MC was killing it and the opening act was fire too! That said, I'm old, so standing for five hours is not great for me. If that resonates with you, only go if you are ADA or VIP. The people vaping indoors were getting to me. My 16 yr old was with me and she would give this 10 stars. Had the time of her life. Giving it four stars because my lower back, knees, and feet were feeling it but the vibe was fantastic. STAY AWAY old peeps...this place is for the yougens!! LOL

great sound. strange liquor rules, o ly served beer in the concert venue. if you want liquor there's a separate bar where you can order it but have to drink it before leaving the bar where you can't see the show. guessing that is a SLC or Utah thing

My favorite part about The Complex is the staff. They work well together. You can tell they have a family-loving atmosphere.
They used to have the best prices for drinks at a venue until they continually increased their prices.
The construction on this street has made parking around here nearly impossible. I can't wait for the city to finish this street.

Love the venue but I'm kinda salty that I called multiple times to see if I left my ID there and the lady said she would look later and call me. I asked if there was a better time to call if they were too busy to look for it that night, so I called at those times but no answer, no call back, no voicemail. I understand that I'm the one who lost it, but I work in customer service and would have definitely looked for someone in my situation, even if I just happened to remember it 2 days later. I get we are busy people but I could have at least been told that it may be easier to come in and ask instead but i didnt know if theyd let me in or when i could come in. Already got a replacement ID but was hoping to not have to do that and spend the money

I just saw Dashboard Confessional the other night. It was awesome. My only suggestion is to turn on that HUGE overhead fan on way sooner. Otherwise great. Would do again.

My seller cancel my tickets 2 days before the concert, now we aren't going! Got them for 58 dollars (6 months ago) and the price for them are 180 dollars now so me and other people were talking and we order from vivid! And guess what they cancel so many orders! ? Sketch , we believe they cancel it so they can resell it so they can sell it for the current price! ?? "we can fine another tickets for you so we have to refund you" ofcourse you can't! ? They are 3x the price! This is Lorna shore 10/17/24 at the complex btw message me if it happened to you aswell!!! I believe the complex should delete those reseller accounts! So they don't do it to another person! I have 7 other people this has happened for this concert! There other is cancel or couldn't find the tickets they order 6 months ago ?

If you have a disability or have a family member who does, I would not recommend this venue. Super limited ADA parking, and no ADA section even though it’s advertised. It’s a skip for sure.

It's a decent place, and you can even take your kids there as well, which is good. The only thing I didn't like about it is that people literally smoke inside, and I ain't a smoker and I ain't talking about cigs either lol but overall it's a fun place and thankfully nobody was fighting because a lot of concerts in a small place you will always have some drunk wanting to fight but that didn't happen.
