I want to preface my review with the fact that my eyelash technician was very nice and my eyelashes were very pretty BUT I wanted to update my review after the owner’s reply. I did reach out when, less than a week after my appointment, every lash on one eye had completely fallen out while the other eye stayed perfectly intact. I followed every aftercare instruction and used the products I bought there, so it was frustrating to be told I could only get a free fix if I left work that same day otherwise I’d have to pay $45. That didn’t feel like a fair solution for what was clearly an application issue.
I also felt really uncomfortable that the owner looked up my phone number, connected it to my business, and brought that up publicly here. That was unnecessary and unprofessional. This review isn’t about harming anyone’s livelihood it’s just my honest experience, and people deserve to know what happened so they can make an informed choice.

Best place in SLC for lashes! I moved to Utah in January 2025, after spending five years in Honolulu, where I had my lash extensions done at an excellent Japanese salon. Finding similar quality in Utah was a struggle. I visited over seven other salons in search of services and products that were equal to what I had come to expect and appreciate. The Lash Method is the only place I found with professional, well-trained staff, super clean facilities, and high-quality products. Additionally, the online booking system is very helpful. Kadance does my lashes, and she's amazing! I am sure all the staff at Lash Method are excellent, based on the skills Kadance has and the quality of the salon.

From the moment I walked in for my appointment with Alli on Monday, I felt truly listened to—every detail of my lash requests was executed perfectly. I was so specific in my instructions, and Alli delivered beyond expectations, giving me a set of extensions that not only looked incredible but have provided the best retention I’ve ever experienced. Despite a packed week of traveling, moving through dramatically different climates, and even sneaking in a sauna session (with a cold wet towel over my eyes!), my lashes are nearly untouched—a single lash lost after a week is unheard of for me! I’m genuinely thrilled with my results and the entire experience felt elevated, attentive, and relaxing. Miami, it’s time to level up, because Lash Method just set a new standard for lash artistry!

After a lot of trial and error, Lash Method is absolutely my favorite lash place in Salt Lake City.
Allie is absolutely the best! I always have such a positive experience and she always does my lashes exactly how I like them. The retention I get out of these lashes is unmatched by anywhere else I’ve tried.

Went in yesterday for a lash lift and tint. Alli p was very nice and gentle and I really enjoyed her service, but some of the solution got in my eye and had left it red and irritated. The interaction was pleasant, but my lashes did not take the curl AT all. I understand all lashes are different but my lashes have curled with a lift before. They were dyed so nicely, but were almost as straight as when I came in. I reached out to alli to see about a correction because she told me at the beginning of the service that if it didn’t take, then I could get a correction for free. She was a bit rude and told me I needed to pay a $45 correction fee and took absolutely no responsibility. I understand being frustrated because I was a little nervous to say anything but the phone call left me sad. She explained that the hormone medications I take will affect the lash lift and that’s the reason it didn’t work. After an hour of research, it was concluded there was no direct effect on the lash lift unless I notice thinning lashes or lash loss while actively taking the meds. I have not had any of this, infact my lashes have stayed super long. Research doesn’t lie, there really isn’t any proof to back up lash lift failure (unless I was taking thyroid meds, which I am not). She basically blamed the mistake on me and didn’t take any accountability for her own actions. The correction was offered for free at the service, so I will not be going back for a correction having to pay for a mistake I did not make. It seems like all the reasons why it could fail in the contract are just to cover their own butts and have something to fall back on if it for some reason doesn’t work (even if it is their fault). On the phone, she said that customers come in with unreasonable requests and that my lashes just weren’t long enough to get any more curl. This is completely untrue and here I have some pictures of what my lashes look like naturally curled with no mascara and WITH mascara. The photo with no curl and the red and inflamed eye is what I left the studio with. I am not usually a complainer because I know how hard it can be to please customers, but I still expected a little more respect. Again she was super kind during the visit and the atmosphere was amazing and so relaxing, but I will not be going back as I no longer trust this place with my lashes.

I’ve been going to see Alli for a couple of months now. Let me just say she is a super talented and experienced lash tech. In the industry for a long time and you can tell. I love the results from my lash lift and tints every single time. Always open to feedback and listens to my concerns. I’ve had some pretty weird experiences in the past with lash techs because I have an abnormal eye shape, but Alli knows what she is doing and knows how to accommodate. I don’t want to go to anyone else! Thank you Alli!

First time here, some of the worst and most rushed lashes I've ever gotten. The lashes were put a whole centimeter away from my eyelid and I've lost about 1/4 of my lashes after less than one week of having them.

I would give Alli a million stars if I could! I went in being very picky about what I wanted and she was able to exceed my expectations. The chairs they use are sooo comfy and it’s a very chill and relaxed environment.
