Everybody's experience is different. I have been going there for 10 plus years, never had a bad one. It's a nice, clean place to find deals, always worth a stroll.I personally like their candles and cooking oils, I have found nice brand names in clothing for cheap also. The other day, the customer line wrapped around the first line of shelves, yet with nearly every cashier register occupied, it took just a couple of minutes to check out.And yes, you will be asked for a TJ Maxx card. That's dictated by corporate and not the cashier's entertainment, so I just firmly say "Thank you - No!"This place is woth a visit, the experience fairly pleasant - and no, in general I do not like going to a store at all.

It is a great thing when you can get everything in one store. I like the store and recommend shopping here.

Horrible setup, I don’t care slightly that it’s the holidays, how we supposed to shop around when you can’t even move and everything gh’s cluttered and hanging around and barely on these shelves. Trash setup, do better.

The woman called TAMI in HOME GOODS gave me the worst costumer Service I ve recieved in my life. She was dude, disrespectful and non emphatic to the problem I had. I brought my puzzle glued and she throw it making me loose more than the pieces that were already missing. Scream to me for no reason, Tellling I was not getting a free puzzle which I had already paíd for… was only looking for help no how can I finish it. Then she throw me the box of a new one with bad attitude making me cry and making me feel I was begging for something

This TJ Maxx is very nice and clean. They had lots of employees straightening up after some messy shoppers keeping things organized. TJ Maxx has lots to choose from at lower prices than you would pay at a regular store. I give them an A+. Their employees had good attitudes spatially assistant store manager GOHAR POGHOSYAN. The staff is well trained, and they are so friendly!!! Thank you for the great customer service.

Candles overpriced. Checked out and cashier tried to force a TJ Maxx credit card down my throat. I explained to her that I wasn’t interested because of credit score reasons and she explained to me exactly how a credit score works. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Overall a nice store but they recently put up cameras in the queue line broadcasting their cashiers as they’re ringing. Bit of an Orwellian nightmare.

Busiest TJ Maxx in the county. I scored some Mother jeans there awhile back, and more recently bought a patio set of 2 chairs and a small table.

Wish there was more of a selection of clothes. The clothes that were available were very cute though. First time there and would love to come back.

I was shopping at the Brickyard location Yesterday, while looking at shoes, a short Latino woman came right up next to me and started dropping shoes, pushing my cart, and just generally being strange and distracting. Then from the corner of my eye, I notice a short Latino man moving my cart and acting like he was putting shoes on the end shelf. I thought he was an employee, he had a lanyard around his neck. When I looked back at the woman who was dropping shoes, she looked at the man. I immediately felt something was off, I looked to see my purse was still in the cart, but opened it and saw my wallet was missing. The man took off down the back isle, I decided to run to the front of the store to alert security, thinking they would help if he tried to leave the store. They said they had no security that could help, and I would need to call the police. one of the customers called them and just then I saw the man leaving at the far door. I left the store and chased after him, but I'm 69 years old so didn't catch him. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SOUROUNDINGS AND KEEP YOUR PURSE ON YOUR PERSON!! Especially at TJ Maxx....if you get robbed, they won't assist you! I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. I'm heartbroken!
