“Jeremy with Empire Towing and tried several things to get my car running prior to towing it off to the service dealer. I felt he went above and beyond what i expected from my tow truck driver.
Since my car had a steering lock column safety failure (determined at the dealership later), we could not turn the steering wheel, nor put the car in drive. Jeremy researched where the Park Release was in the car and we were safely able to pull the car onto the tow truck.
Jeremy took a picture of where he dropped the car off at the dealership and texted it to me that evening.

I’d been trying for DAYS to find a towing company to move my old motorcycle to my new house… 5 no shows, 3 companies that said they’d call me when they were ready and never heard from them. I was wildly frustrated and running out of time. Called these guys, they showed up in an hour, waited for me to get there, towed me with ease. He was SO friendly, professional, knowledgeable… and an hour and a half later, it was done!! These guys will be my FIRST call next time I’m in need!
