Towne Storage had been amazing. For years, they have donated a unit to a non-profit I work with, which has helped us put more money toward helping those in need. I’m happy to support local businesses who care and are willing to give back to the community. Thank you for making a difference.

I have worked with Towne at four of your locations. The staff are always professional and property is very clean. I will continue to work with you whenever we need storage space in town.

Towne Storage is one of the best places to work with. Whether you’re looking to find a unit to rent or a management company to manage your storage facility, Towne Storage does a fantastic job.

Hello im stephen i rent a unit From you guys out and riverton I called paid my bill at 10 this morning. When you opened, the guy couldn't find my account. Then I get off work 3 o'clock and I come here. And hes sitting in his vehicle and I walk up and say. How are you doing He doesn't even look at me. I said hello how are you? He says I'm on my lunch. I said OK well. You're locked on my unit so I was wondering if I could get in and he still don't even look at me or get out of this car or anything. You know, my bill's been paid since ten this morning, and now i'm waiting on him in the sun That's just wrong, I'm sorry, but.

Absolutely DO NOT RENT HERE. When I returned to my unit after about 2 months of being out of state, the lock was still intact but I had over $3500 worth of items stolen, many of which I had recently inherited from my boyfriend who passed away unexpectedly. When speaking with staff at this location, they basically shrugged it off and said, “bummer, it happens, here’s how you file a claim”. The insurance they offer doesn’t cover anything at all unless there are visible signs of forced entry. They would not even bother to check cameras because apparently footage isn’t stored for long. The doors are always propped wide open for anyone to enter, making the individual access codes they assign useless. I’m not sure why they’re not more concerned about their security issue, but it’s not worth the risk.
