While I appreciate the reply, it didn't address the fact that your dealership didn't follow up in a timely manner, ran my credit again without my permission, failed to acknowledge that I put down a huge down payment and I have excellent credit. There's no excuse for shitty service and failure to follow up in a timely manner. Randy is a waste. Angela...instead of apologizing and explaining failure from the back end of the business maybe start managing quality into the customer service experience. no one is interested in excuses and a lot of fingerpointing(from you). Get a grip. manage the business or don't. stop explaining and take charge. make a difference!I would like to clarify that Wells Fargo never contacted me one time. Randy waited two weeks to contact me initially. About my address. And then everything I provided wasn't good enough. Back to huge down payment and excellent credit. Give me a break. Do you want to sell cars and have a successful business or not? I work in quality compliance and I can help your company. However, the excuses must stop. Build quality into your systems.And you are not at the mercy of the lender. This was your lender of choice (not mine) because you get the biggest incentive from them. I would never choose Wells Fargo.

So I called after being a loyal customer for a while now my Toyota Tacoma wouldn't go into gear a light came on a slip light I think anyway I called the lady she said it's a mal function and the vehicle needs to be towed I called my brother who. Is a technician at Toyota and turns out there a slot by the shifter you can push in and it will let you go into gear I got home safe with no problems I called the person back to tell her and she ended up hanging up I was just trying to give here some info she was not happy said thanks and hung up very poor customer service to say the least

This is the third time I asked for someone to give me a rough estimate on how much a trade in vs a new car would be while waiting for service. I've never had a harder time trying to get a salesman to sale me a car. It's weird most places seem to jump at the chance for money.

I went in recently to buy their oil change package. The guy over the phone first told me it costs $240 plus tax for 5 oil changes for my 4 cylinder engine Toyota Corola 06. At the end of conversation he said it would be only 3 changes for my car. He tried to be as vague as possible. However, I still decided to go to their service office and talk to them. The guy at the front desk said it would be 3 oil changes for my car for the price of package. However, the girl behind the desk corrected him saying for my type of engine it is 5 changes. So the guy looks at me saying the total cost for my package would be $450! At that point I didn't feel comfortable to do any business with them and I left.

I don't know what kind of clowns they have in their sales department answering the phone. I've been trying to get a hold of a salesman who helped me out and no one knows about their whereabouts and when they are supposed to be back in the office. Obviously whoever this clown is doesn't have my best interest because it is not a sale where he'll be getting a commission but what kind of Mickey Mouse dealer is this? If your salesmen don't have time to answer the phone have them be like they normally are at dealerships, like sharks waiting by the door. Completely unprofessional behavior. They supposedly record the phone calls so I hope this listen to this one and some corrective action is done.

The good folks in the service department of Mark Miller Toyota we're excellent!!! They were professional, courteous, and eager to help. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my car (two indicator lights came on) and fixed it. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the service department!!

I popped a tire on a road-trip and, instead of holding onto the tire until I was able to get a new one put on, I threw the entire wheel away like a maniac. Luckily for me, the staff expressed no judgment towards me and helped to order all of the parts needed to get my car back on the road the following day. Additionally, one of the staff members allowed me to use their phone charger while my car was being serviced. An absolutely above and beyond staff. If I actually drove a Toyota, I would 100% return for my next servicing (I am borrowing my dad's car). Shoutout to Dale and Ocean. Y'all are the guys.

I'm so grateful for Mark Miller Toyota. From start to finish of the purchase of our vehicle, our salesman, Greg Rolfe, was excellent, attentive, and patient. Unlike some other dealerships we had gone to, he explained the whole sales process since the "C" changed all processes, and he kept us informed of delays and changes along the way. Even after our purchase, the Mark Miller staff has been super helpful. Thank you all so much!

WE were so Happy with this Dealership from our first conversation with Robin to the Sale of our new Car the Highlander- it was nothing short of WONDERFUL our salesman named Kupno who waas Robins son --he was on a Vacation so his son helped us so professional and helpful-Then we were turned over to Shawn who was so nice and a pleasure to deal with and so helpful showing us all the new ways to finish our car deal-He was alone a 10--after was Leah who showed us how to work all the features that came on our new beautiful car it was not easy but she was so patient with my husband and myself--In my life we have had 4 Toyota cars but not with so many bells and whistles as this New Car--Love IT--

So funny. Looking through their reviews, you will spit a trend. Women HATE this place but men seem to think it is great. Hmmmmm.....it's a mystery. But I am sure that Angela will give your her phone number and email to help you out (unless she realizes you know the game). Then the men will condescend to you, call you names and treat you like the idiot they know you are. Just posting because they will not stop emailing and texting me for service. Ugh.

BEST DEALER I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!! Paco is one of the coolest dudes in general I have ever met! I called around to MULTIPLE dealerships from CO, FL, WA, OR , UT and Paco was straight forward with it. No lies, no second guess… gave it to a girl straight. Treated you like you were family! Not some greedy , manipulating dealership. Paco kept up with his communication and all the updates he had! If you’re ever buying a car … which I hope you’re smart enough to only ever buy Toyota, go to my dude Paco! Mike in finances made it nice and smooth for me to process how poor I was about to be (kidding ) , very patient with my 63827352 questions and answered them all professional and again, straight forward ! ***UPDATE***. So I went to get my oil changed and they did a great job with that. However my tire pressure light came on and stayed on after I left. I thought that they didn't check my tire pressure. I remembered them telling me that they did. So I read the owners manual and checked all the tires.... They set all of my tires to 30psi. The owners manual says to set it for 38. So of course the light was on. It turns out that when they let the air out of your tires it tends to do that. They offered to fix it for me but It has already been taken care of.

I went there today to get a tire repaired that was loosing air. The first Tech said that she had time to fix it. Her manager basically told me " nope we are too busy to help you." btw we bought these tires there . I informed them of that. They were still rude and Not At All helpful. we have gone there for years. However I do not think I will EVER go there Again. Their customer service sucked. so I went to somewhere else and bought a tire. Thx for Nothing Service Department.
