Shawn the GM made the visit worth it. The atmosphere was nice for the most part except for where we were seated had a bunch of holes in the stained glass and we had a lovely view of a chain link fence. We started off with Brussel sprouts which were the highlight of the meal. The Caesar salad was inedible. There was no flavor to it except an ungodly amount of cheese. My husband ordered the rib eye which was served with partially raw fingerling potatoes. I had a filet mignon that I ordered medium but they brought it out and it was well done. The chef re-did it and it came out closer to rare. It was served on top of a weird potato cheese thing that was disgusting. The only flavor to it was cheese. The first one they brought out with the original filet was cooked perfectly but the second one was burned. The creme brûlée that I ordered for dessert was 2/3rds of the way burned on top and the chef decided to cover the charring with fruit. They served a chocolate anniversary bundt cake that was incredibly dry. Shawn was very polite despite all the issues we had.

Tuscany is an outstanding dining experience. The food quality, taste, and presentation are excellent. The attention to detail is exceptional. I've dined at Tuscany many times over the years, and never been disappointed!

We wanted the dinner to be nice, but the food was pretty disappointing. The rib eye steak was somehow sweet, the fried calamari was not edible, and my sorbet had a piece of plastic in it. The service was great, and the ambiance was wonderful, though.

Only one problem. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding, our waiter (Arty) was outstanding, the ambience was outstanding, and there was only one issue. Parking was perfect for valet drop off at the front but after dinner, when we were returning to our car, the valet indicated we should walk straight across the pathway transitioning the island, which meant stepping into a large reservoir of water about 2 feet across. There was snow and ice everywhere else and that transition was not feasible. Therefore, as a couple of 80 year-old customers, we had to walk all the way around the island in the snow and the slippery ice with no help or guidance from the valet. One slip in those conditions would have been a disaster. Why could the valet not have just simply moved the car up to the door for our exit? Or, why could you not have a small bridge across the deep water that blocked our transition across the island? Other than that, our experience was outstanding, and we are looking forward to considering having another dinner at Tuscany in the future.

Very disappointing. Sent the salmon back because it wasn't cooked and received another uncooked piece. Decided not to ask for a third try. The New York cheesecake was inedible. It was luke-warm, hard, and dry.

Everything was so amazing and so good. It felt like sitting inside a fancy cottage, the workers were amazing and took care of us very professionally. Food was amazing and came in big portions. Worth coming back for sure.

Hard to flag down the waiter which was needed for multiple things. Made reservation on Open Table asking for a table by the fireplace because we were taking my parents and they get cold. Ended up seated by the cold window. The reservation asks if you're celebrating anything - we were - never asked, never acknowledged. However, still love the food and the ambience.

The calamari was the best we have ever had. Lightly breaded and flash fried so it wasn't greasy and the meat was very tender. The dipping sauce was so good, we tried it with our meals too. The pork chop was definitely a winner with me. Glad we decided to go and we won't wait so long between visits.

My husband had fish with noodles and I had the bolognese with a meat ball. He loved his dinner and I was not over the moon on the bolognese. The fried green tomatoes with mozzarella cheese was outstanding. The creme brûlée was very yummy.

The drinks and wine list were great/ Nick was our server so he treated us like VIPs but all the service staff was so attentive. The clams appetizer was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the pork chops too. Scrumptious. I rate this dinner a 10.

the appetizer was delis- the salon good but the veggies and pasta with it overcooked--- the waiter was suppose to box up the leftover appetizer for us he didn't but most of all i resented having to give my credit card just to make a reservation

The ambiance was good with free valet parking. Food was not as good as i hoped for. Fried calbery was having smell of oil. I know it is deep fried, but the smell of oil was not expected. Fish dish was good. it seemed they used canned tomatoes, not fresh one. Cocktail drinks were good. Deserts were also good. Our host was also good. He was recommending the right stuff for us.

This was one of the best overall restaurants I've been to in Salt Lake City. The atmosphere and service were both incredible. Everything we ordered was so good! We got the bruschetta and a couple of salads. We ordered the chicken piccata and salmon as entrees. My only “complaint” (or really just feedback) was the physical menu. It's such a small thing but because they are backlit menus they are so big and bulky. Made it kind of clunky at the table.
