Flowers were ok, delivered so late in the day the recipient had already gone for the day. Will try someone else next time due to late delivery.

Beautiful flowers but didn’t include my note so person didn’t know who they were from. Then I didn’t receive a delivery confirmation and when I called the company to see if flowers were delivered so I didn’t ruin the surprise, I kept getting a voicemail which was never returned. So I’m deducting 2 stars because customer service was poor all around. I feel like they can do better. And I’m only posting this review so they can see this because I never got a returned call.

I am blown away! I used to own a flower shop here in Utah and we closed due to my sisters unexpected death. I know good quality and good customer service when I see it. Twigs absolutely outdid themselves and I am so happy with the product delivered. Easy online ordering and they followed the special instructions I gave them. From a florist to another, YOU ALL ARE AMAZING! Thank you so much!

Oh my gosh the best service and quality!! My daughter sent me these amazing flowers from Twigs for my birthday. A lovely young woman delivered them right to my door with a smile. Yes, she parked her car, came upstairs in a condo building, knocked on my door, and handed me this gorgeous bouquet. It was not wrapped in paper - saving trees!! - simply fresh and beautiful flowers!! Highly recommend Twigs for the personal touch …. And of course amazing flowers !!????

Wow... I was about to check out and noticed I'm being charged a $9.99 service fee. It says it's a one time fee, but I'm not paying a service fee for you to have my business. Not a great business practice when you're trying to get new customers. I can go elsewhere and not be charged this fee. If you need to charge a service fee, build it into the price of the product, otherwise it looks like you're nickel and diming your customers.I did not complete my purchase.

I stumbled upon Twigs after another company (…ProFlowers, it was ProFlowers) botched my order completely. I’m grateful I did find Twigs and I will order from them again solely due to the promptness of their responses, the beautiful arrangement, and the assured delivery of my order. Shop local! Twigs is awesome and this florist pick of the day arrangement was absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Terrible experience. It was my wife bdays and they failed to deliver the flowers. I called before they close and said nobody will come to deliver them. They say they will refund but that doesn’t fix anything. They aren’t reliable, they ruined the day. Never again.

This is the second time I have bought Valentine’s Day flowers for my wife from here and both times they were not at all what they looked like online. The first photo is the flowers I ordered and the second is the flower I got. Will not be coming back here again.

Hubby bought me flowers and I LOVE flowers but these are dead, frozen and look like they have been through a car wreck. No attention to detail, very disappointed in the quality, style and arrangement.

We ordered the premium version of "Sweet Notions" for some friends who recently lost a very close family member. The delivery person texted me a picture of it when it was left on the porch and it looks like a small bouquet with about six blooms. Not at all what we were expecting for over $100 with tax and delivery fee. Will not order from Twigs again.

I paid $75 for a handful of flowers in a tiny vase. It looked nothing like the photo I chose, and had even upgraded to "Premium". When I called to complain I was told that it was too late to do anything about it. It was two weeks later, but I had to drag it out of my sister that it was really substandard. She told me that you could get a better and fresher bouquet at Costco for $9.99. Won't make this mistake again. I'll look to Yelp to help me out.

My son in Virginia had a small bouquet sent for my birthday. Initially I thought it was so nice to have a photo of the bouquet sent by the driver to let me know it was on the doorstep. The problem was the flowers were NOT fresh. There was brown along the edges of some of the yellow roses, dead leaves and several dead buds. There were also too many stems squished into a very small vase which will cause flowers to die prematurely. I called to talk to someone about it and was told the driver would return to pick up the bouquet and a partial refund would be given. I asked why a partial refund and was told the driver had to be paid. I then asked if a fresh bouquet could be sent and told the gentleman that a partial refund was not acceptable. A business which sent old flowers should eat the cost of the driver or replace the flowers. He left me on the line to speak with the owner and came back to say the driver would be back to pick up the flowers and my son would get a full refund. The driver indeed returned and at this point the refund has not been made.Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Who goes and picks up flowers sent for someone’s birthday without offering to replace them with a fresh bouquet? Not to mention have the common courtesy to apologize. A very disappointing experience.

This flower shop did a fantastic job arranging and delivering flowers to my daughter in Salt Lake City. I will definitely use them again. I even received a photo of the arrangement as it was being delivered. The flowers were beautiful! Thank you.
