  I am shocked at the horrendous customer service at this location. I had an employee scream at me. When I called over to this location, the same employee hung up on me. Poor poor customer service. Highly recommend NOT going to this location

  Honestly, I really love this UPS store and I have to go there often. It’s my closest location and the girl that always seems to be working there is super helpful and goes above and beyond. One time I didn’t realize that one of my Amazon returns needed to be packaged and she just tossed me an old Amazon box she had and taped it up for me and we were good to go. Definitely go the extra mile and seem like they actually wanna help you get the thing done.

  Christy, Lexi and Casey all welcomed me with bubbly personalities. Christy who took care of my needs to get my computer shipped to Florida went above and beyond to handle my computer and components with care as they are valuable. Her professionalism, positivity and overall personality all played a factor in providing me with excellent service.
  
  Thank you very much ladies, it was a pleasure using UPS because of all of you.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this UPS location, but after a recent experience, I feel compelled to speak up about how poorly it was handled.
  
  I called to ask a simple question about a time-sensitive, perishable package I dropped off—one I had shipped using Pirate Ship. I wanted to understand what information staff can see in their system when a label is purchased through them versus a third-party platform. Instead of answering, Tracey raised her voice, repeatedly talked over me, and became defensive. When I asked her to please let me finish my sentence, she threatened to hang up—then actually did. I called back, and she hung up on me again.
  
  I later spoke with the owner, Josh Eldridge, hoping for professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing he could do. He said he was okay with employees hanging up on customers and admitted that staff aren’t properly trained, which explains their lack of answers. The team also falsely claimed I was in the wrong, even though others who overheard the call on my end can confirm Tracey escalated the situation. Not once did anyone take responsibility or offer an apology.
  
  This kind of customer service—especially at a location handling critical deliveries—is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed.

  Highly recommend this location in particular. Lexy is the probably the most knowledgeable, helpful, and her customer service was far superior to any of the other locations I’ve been to.
  Thanks again and I will definitely be there again.
  
  There is plenty of parking, right inside the strip mall next to the Smiths and Java Jo’s

  I came to this UPS location and when they knew I was unemployed and had little money to copy and scan my forms, they allowed it for free to help me! I needed that help and have never forgotten the kindness! Thank you UPS!!

  The manager Lexi is awesome, I had to print something on a time crunch and she allowed me to send the document to her to get it printed- awesome service I always come here

  I have had the best experiences here, the lady who is there in the mornings (so sad I haven’t caught her name!) is SO friendly and helpful!! Can’t recommend it enough!
