The last pickup is not listed when asked. I was told probably this time. Then, the employee tried to fold a package without asking if it could be folded to fit in the box.
They had no next day air packaging on site to fit a 300-page document I was trying to send.

Arrived 15 minutes before they closed at 3:00. Stood in line, waited our turn to scan and send several items. Got down to the last three and needed to pull up codes to send them. The clerk informed my husband and me that we’d have to come back another day because they were “closed.” I explained that we were leaving town and needed to finish up. He said, “Well, we’re closed so if you’d please leave.” I glanced at my watch and asked him if he were serious given that it was 3:01. He said “I’ve had plenty of people stay 15 or 20 minutes. We’re closed and I have to go study for school.” So we took our last three things and left. It was the absolute worst, rudest, most insolent customer “service” I’ve ever encountered at UPS or really anywhere. I am a very regular customer who will avoid that location in the future. Such incredibly bad business!

I called for a notary service. He is quick, and very very nice. He charges only $10 for a seal. Amazing service!
