I don’t know if it’s this locations problem, or if UPS is just incapable of customer service generally speaking. I hate them.And before you give me some canned response about contacting you via social media, let me be very clear that I have no social media.

I ordered a AC unit for RV. I changed the address in my choice, and changed/confirmed at the store it was suppose to go to, associate assured me. Ups didn't do as was set up and they say no change in their system(cause it's broken), then it was refused to be delivered to Apt address and instead of going to store they send it back to shipper now I have to wait more time cause UPS can't do anything right apparently... but the best part is they blame others like Me and the Seller. No one takes accountability like UPS, when it was THIER FAULT. YOU SUCK UPS!!!!They will keep justifying and blaming others instead of accepting responsibility and they won't make it right, I had to take to fix their mistakes. Horrible parcel service, they should be shut down if this how they do business and treat customers... stop emailing me blaming me when it's your fault UPS! FIX YOUR BROKEN SYSTEM!!!

Do not come here to drop off packages if you need a receipt, employees are never at the front. Door closed to the back so no way of even calling for them. Waited 20 minutes for him to come out the back and when I expressed my frustration for waiting he said “I don’t give a **** go somewhere else” “I put a sign up read the sign if you don’t wanna wait go somewhere else” I’m totally aware of being able to drop packages off that are already pre paid but that is a huge risk if nobody is even inside the drop off center. Somebody can just walk in and steal your packages. been coming to this location everyday and have never been greeted, they just take your package scan it and blankly stare at you til you grab the receipt from their hand.

Thank you for finally picking up the XL package that was misdelivered at our house. You guys need to have an easier method of reporting problems like this. I felt like because we didn't have a tracking number due to it being rubbed off, I couldn't get through to anyone or resolve the problem efficiently. Get a good corporate resolutions team or something.

I mistakenly turned into the parking lot so when I got to the guard shack. I asked the security guy with long hair and glasses if I could turn around and he treated me like I was a terrorist or something. Not only would he not let me turn around, he also made me back up down the one way entrance going the wrong way. There was a steady stream of UPS trucks turning in and it wasn’t very convenient for any of us. The security guard must have been on a power trip or something because he was being completely unreasonable.

I had such a great experience at this location. Josh and Will went above and beyond to help me with my unique packing concerns. They were kind, efficient and very helpful! I like the ease of using the computer for more than one recipient.

UPS is the best. What can I say. There's a reason they have a great reputation. They will go through the SNOW, HAIL, STORM, TSUNAMI to bring you your Christmas package ON TIME. Respects

Last Saturday I arrived at exactly 12:54 PM to drop off packages (they close at 1:00) and the door was locked. The woman working acted irritated that she had to unlock the door for me even though it was before closing time. Today I arrived at noon and they had a “closed due to staffing shortage” sign on the door. There was no update on this closure on their Google listing. IMHO don’t waste your time using this location.

Awful customer service. You can’t call them locally. The hours posted say they are open 10-1 on Saturdays. The employee at the counter told me Friday they are open from 11-1 on Saturdays. You call customer service and they tell you they aren’t open at all. They also are not willing to call the location to verify if they are open or closed. They insist they don’t have the ability to call the local hubs, which I know is not true because they have called the local hubs in the past for me. Ultimately they make business harder for a small business owner and their outsourcing of customer service to save costs has made having to call them for anything infuriating.

I showed up at 5:55, they don't close until 7:30 when I got there, the gate was locked and there wasn't a single person there. This is extremely unprofessional. There were at least 25 cars that drove up to the gate while I called customer service to get an answer. They were also extremely unhelpful, DO NOT SEND PACKAGES HERE it is a waste of your time.

I got in the wrong entrance by accident and the security guard on call was rude. Essentially called me an idiot. At the actual service center, the representative was helpful and friendly. Total opposite.

—— 0 stars ⭐️! ——This place is horrible to drop off packages to unless you already have a label.I double checked everything for my very important package & he couldn’t help me when nobody was in line!They have been very rude every time I have went there.I will drive across town to go to any other location! ????
