Came in and was mid-returns process when I stopped to help another customer who was struggling with her Amazon return. Store closing time came through while I was helping her and the store manager, Ryan, refused to help me or even let me finish my own Amazon return (which would have taken all of 30 seconds) because he “wanted to leave. Closing time is closing time.” Really? 30 seconds? I would have finished if I hadn’t stopped to help someone else. Super poor customer service. Go elsewhere.
