Every time I go to this store I feel like a moron. How can I print a UPS label from my email? Do you have tape? Will you accept my (gulp) Cologuard sample? The employees are incredibly kind and patient. I’m never made to feel silly for not knowing how to do something. Thank you!

Shoutout to Owen for going above and beyond! Honestly, I’ve only had good experiences coming to this UPS. The employees are great, every time I’ve gone with a concern or a question they have even tried to provide me alternate solutions.
I had a return that was giving me a headache because I couldn’t get two parts separated, and it wouldn’t fit in the box, so Owen and his team member tried to separate the two parts so that it would fit in the same box so that I didn’t have to pay for another box. He also proceeded to give me other solutions to avoid me paying extra. I feel like any other place would’ve just charged me for the extra box because that’s what I initially asked for. Super great service would recommend!
