Quick and efficient, staff is polite. UPS charged me $2.00 for a piece of tape to close off, which seems silly, but that's not this location's fault. I'll probably go out of my way to order things I can return at Whole Foods from now on, but my recent visit to this particular location was pleasant.

Siena was wonderful from the moment I walked into the door. She was busy, but communicated that she'd help me as soon as she was finished. Siena helped me figure out what I needed to box and ship my item, explaining the details along the way. Wonderful and speedy customer service. Thanks, Siena! :)

Easy location, staff is usually nice enough. Lauren is by far the best though. Once they add a handicap button to automate the door then it can have five stars

Every time I come here (which is often) I have a very pleasant experience. Employees are always efficient. Shot out to Siena! She helped last time and she was awesome! Quick, kind and great service.

I will start my review in complete honesty in the fact that I had never had to ship something, and I was admittedly confused when I had first stepped in the store. Thankfully Lauren was there to help me and it made the process so much easier and less stressful. They truly have amazing customer service!

I was there for a Convention and needed some things sent to Chicago. Your staff member Siena was awesome! She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I received my package that was packed carefully and arrived on time. You should be proud to have Siena within your Company.

Stopped by a couple days ago at the UPS location on 200 S and Main St. Siena helped me out. Was shipping some coffee beans to a buddy of mine. I think it may have been the fastest visit I’ve had at that store. Siena was super helpful, gave good advice on which packaging I needed, and had me out of there real quick.

I like this place because it is walking distance. People are really nice and easy. Last time I went, I had a lot of packages/requests and Sienna was really nice and helpful. Makes me dreading less to have to ship anything. My go to UPS store from now on!

I was there today on Friday April 21st. I went in and I was asked where I was sending my package. I told the guy I wanted to send it to Mexico City. He said quickly ( send it through mail) I said, if I wanted to do it that way,I won’t be here.That will take weeks. I want to do an express shipping. The guy said: well.. I do not warranty it will be there in one or two days it can take one or two weeks and it will be $170.00 send it on the mail. He was very very rude. I said (you have no customer service skills and are rude, is this is how you treat the customers..!!???I just left the store.I went to FedEx in downtown SLC and it was a very very pleasant customer service from the minute I got there. They warranty the delivery by Monday April 24th and it was way cheaper $73.00.I do recommend to not do business at this store. Go to FedEx in Downtown.

I ordered a very Expensive package that came in two separate packages not so much the store but in General as a company I will never be using UPS again. I have never ever had such issues with a delivery service before. The package originally was supposed to be delivered to my house I live in an apartment so there’s a coded door in the memo I put the door code and instructions how to get in. The time comes and I come to find out the delivery driver pulled on the locked front door one time wrote a note and drove off. GREAT. (This was on a Friday ) So now I get to wait over the weekend on the package that was suppose to be here Wensday. Whatever I get that accidents happen. I wound up paying 15$ to have the packages held at this UPS store on Monday so that the door thing wouldn’t happen again. I get the notification that it’s ready to be picked up and they have been delivered. I Get there only to find one of the two packages had been delivered . Even though both say delivered. Now that I have one package I get to try and hunt down the other package that UPS the delivery service company ? Was supposed to be taking care of. So long story short Do Not use UPD they will F your day up time again and again.

What happened to customer service? The young lady working Friday, January 20 with a mask on at 5:40 very rude. Please retrain her on her customer service in helping people out will go to the next UPS store next time even if it’s 25 minutes away from my house.
