Do not use this company. Very bad customer service. They do not deliver on time as per the tracking schedule. They don't call back and they always do not have any information. Worst experience of my life

Last week, we were notified that our delivery was scheduled for the following day, between 10 and 2. We made arrangements to be home during that time. No delivery, no phone call. When we called them, no one seemed to know anything about anything. Got another call a week later saying our shipment would be delivered the next day between 10 and 2. I laughed and said “are you sure?” He said, positive. Again we made arrangements to be home, again no delivery and no call explaining themselves. When I called customer service, he said our shipment hadn’t been put on the truck, but he didn’t know anything else. No apology, no explanation. I asked for the name of a supervisor or manager and was told someone would call me. Of course that hasn’t happened. The UPS office where our shipment originated claims their responsibility ended when they handed over our shipment to the freight division, TForce. So here we are in limbo, no one to talk to who knows anything, and having already paid substantial shipping fees so they don’t care. They have our money and our merchandise. TForce has to be the most disorganized, incompetent shipper ever. Apparently no one is in charge.

DO NOT USE THiS SHIPPER. Absolutely horrendous. I called and scheduled a delivery date well in advance and called the previous day to confirm the delivery location and window (which was 4 hours). They no showed and when I called, I was told a new employee screwed up and there wasn’t anything they could do about it and they hung up without rescheduling. I have called back 3x now and have been hung up on before I could even say a word. I have no idea where my property is, when I am going to get it or even where it is getting delivered because I can’t get anyone to even pick up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!If you are requiring LTL freight, full load or another freight hauling service. Use ANYONE else.Worst customer service ever, multiple lies told about delivery dates times. Horrible/non-existent communication, when you do get a hold of someone they hang-up on you. Just to name a few.I REPEAT, DO NOT USE T-FORCE FREIGHT!! FORMERLY UPS FREIGHT.

Just another 1 star. Unfortunately I didn't choose T force, they were chosen for me when I purchased from Flying pig grooming. Proper communication is not difficult but for t force its a huge challenge

The automated line says please wait while we transfer you then HANGS UP ON YOU - 5 straight times. Fix it guys, you know that's not acceptable.Then got connected twice to a live agent hours later. First time 5 minutes on hold and the line hung up on me. Second time 30 minutes on hold and the line hung up on me.There should be some kind of accountability agency for reporting businesses like this because they belong out of business not even believable. Disgrace!In fairness the rep I just got finally did seem competent and the line didn’t hang up.Update the competent rep was just lip service the run around and total cluster continues the next day.Update 7th phone call. I kept to all proper language and with raised voice started to let this one rep have it as she tells me pick up time ends at 4 pm after 2 days of circular phone calls that got me nowhere. This 5 letter word hung up on me…..just hung up the call. This company should not be in business.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. My package was delivered to the wrong state twice and every time I would call the office, no one was able to help in the slightest. I did find that I could email them and it worked better but radio silence is the name of the game here. My package finally showed up after 37 days.

Absolute worst shipping experience ever. Avoid them like the plague. They are constantly lying about when your shipment will be delivered, no one EVER answers their phone at the main hub. They have also lost large business orders and claim they’re delivered. When asking for pictures of said delivery, they sent a picture that clearly showed only half of the order being delivered while the part that is lost is not there, but still claim they delivered it all when anyone with eyeballs can see it’s missing from their delivery photo. If you’re trying to run a business, TForce will make it impossible. They won’t even allow you to easily come and pick up your shipment after it’s been sitting in their dock for over a week after promises of “it’s going on a delivery truck today” every day for over a week. They say they will “escalate the problem and get back to you” which is another lie because they never call back. Horrible, ridiculous company that clearly has no idea how to do their jobs.

I ordered an awning for my Rv trailer. They shipped it Tforce freight. I received half of the shipment on time and the other half they said got lost. I had to go through lots of trouble trying to get them to ship me 5he part they lost. After 3 weeks I finally was able to get the lost item reshipped to me. The part sat in St Louis for 3 days and then when it arrived in Salt Lake City it sat on the truck for another 3 days. The shipment was delivered a week late. No one in Salt Lake will answer the phone. If you can ship with anyone else do so, this company is horrible to deal with.

Incredibly bad experience, this is the second time. All phone extensions go to either full voicemail, the national support center or just disconnect after a lengthy hold. In 4 days our freight (more than $100k worth, will have been at the terminal for 30 days. Absolutely no excuse for what is now far beyond ridiculous. I seriously don't want to pay the terminal an in person visit because I fear they have been wiped out by an asteroid or something.

Very disappointed in UPS Salt Lake City. I was supposed to receive a package from an auction on Ebay. The box was over 40" long and 20" wide at the widest part. This weighed about 10+ pounds. They lost it! It cost me $50.00 to have this shipped, and when I called customer service, they had no update on the tracking info, and wouldn't tell me anything because I was not the sender. How in the hell do you loose a box that big? I saw on the news that UPS employees average over 100K salary with their new contract. No wonder it cost so much to ship. Ebay stepped in to reimburse me, but BOO on you UPS! I can't recommend them anymore.

Zero stars!!!! Company quoted just over $400 to ship machine from Ohio to Salt Lake City. When it arrived, they sent me a bill for over $800. The companies response was to threaten collections without even seeking to understand the point of their client. Stay away from this shyster company.

I was told I can come get my supplies on a Saturday and no one was there when we showed up. So when we came back on Monday they were all saying oh yeah we’re closed Saturdays we wouldnt say that and we spent Collectively over an hour on hold to then waste our time going there… very frustrating.

Pretty Decent company to do business with I was hesitant at first due to the negative reviews I have read I never had to deal with their help line or customer support either but IKEA in Draper uses them to ship items out and I ordered a decent size order from IKEA ( 8 items total ) got a phone call the day prior before my delivery day for a time slot between 12-4 IKEA had it set for Sunday and honestly I wasn’t expecting to get it Sunday but to my Surprise it showed up on time they got to my home at 12:30 everything was accounted for and nothing was damaged the delivery men also decently friendly overall I’m impressed not sure if I just got lucky or not or maybe things are getting fixed within T Force.
