Wholly cow how does this place remain in business? all I see are bad reviews. A Christmas package is now nearly 4 weeks late and no one seems to know where its at. UPS says its at Mail Innovations. Mail Innovations sent it to USPS? and now its lost. I gave leeway for the weather and for the busy season of Christmas but now its 3 weeks after Christmas and it has not shown up and no one seems to know what happened to it. Guess it fell off the turnip truck. Also, it appears they have their employees give 5 star ratings to help bolster their average

There is no worse shipping method then UPS Mail Innovations. The name sounds like an attraction at Disneyworld and makes you wait even longer! Ive had two items shipped via innovations, one took over 3 weeks the other disappeared and neither UPS or USPS knows where it is or can help. UPS needs to go back to delivering their own packages and cut out the second party.... its unforntunate that the retailers don't specify they are using this crap service. Would rather pay a premium to get the package in a few days than a few weeks. No one at UPS is willing to help find out why they won't deliver my package, other than insinuating it's because it's the cheap service method. It's the worst one out there. Packages are said to be "handed to USPS" yet continue to show processing through the mail innovations facility for over a week. Extremely late delivery. I could have driven to the place of origin to get my package in less time. Think twice before purchasing from anyone who uses this service for shipping, particularly if you are expecting your purchase to arrive within a certain time period, or arrive at all, for that matter. The problem with UPS "Mail Innovations" is it's only innovative from the standpoint of its cost to UPS. It may drop the price for the shipping customer, but all this at the cost of the delivery customer who ends up with little information on what planet the package is on. What will happen is, when UPS hands the package off to USPS, USPS likely won't scan it at that point, because they'll often skip that step if they can-- at which point you've got no further information on it until it arrives somewhere where a parcel scan is necessary, likely only once it's delivered. So from the time UPS hands it off until it arrives (IF it does), it goes into a black hole.

They hold your package hostage until they decide that they have enough packages to send in bulk to usps. In my case, mines been sitting in their warehouse for 6 days, and counting! You can't get a human in the phone for anything either. The automated bot will definitely succeed only in making you more angry at the situation. I don't plan on ever ordering anything from any company that uses them for shipping, without offering other options. I don't ever want any of my packages to ever be handled by these flaky fools ever again.

Can I put no stars? I have spent several days (passed my estimated delivery date) attempting to find out what is going on with my order. It has been "awaiting scan" for 11 days now and every time I try to contact one of the three companies responsible for my order I only get referred by a chatbot or search engine to wait longer because none of them have control over the matter. It's alarming that every other reviewer on here has or is experiencing the same thing. I basically never leave a poor review, but I couldn't help myself. I am so frustrated.

It would be quicker to walk your package. They lose track of packages for weeks at a time. I won't use business who ship this way. Takes WEEKS to get things, if you get them at all. The est delivery date, add about 12-14 days to that. Save yourself a headache and don't use these people.

Not to the workers here but to the garbage human being/ organization that came up with this system. Please get rid of this horribly ran shipping system. My package literally reached my town and then got shipped to anther town numerous hours away and promptly disappeared off the face of the earth. Given the choice between the Nazis, the communists, and UPS innovations, I would choose to napalm UPS innovations first. Given the choice between Hitler, Osama and UPS innovations, I'd choose UPS innovations first. Aside from the gulags in Russia, the gulags in China and Auschwitz, UPS innovations is the site of the most atrocious crimes against humanity. Whoever came up with this horrid system of logistics, I hope you step on a lego. I hope that your drawer gets stuck with just enough space so that you can see what you want but never be able to reach it. I hope you run out of toilet paper in every single restroom you go to and have to wipe with your hands. I hope every single bite of food you eat has a little bone in it. I hope every time you get up to walk your whale of a body frame to the extra large hydraulically supported bed you sleep on, you stub your pinky toe. I hope every time you start your car during the winter, your car breaks down. I hope that every time you try to add gasoline into your mower/snow blower, your gasoline has congealed into chunks of karma. But wait I'm not done yet. I hope every time you chew gum, you accidentally swallow it whole ( like you do with many other people working the curbside for your part time job). I hope every time you eat candy, you pop a piece of your tooth off. I hope you miss the last moments of all of your relatives. I hope that you live a long long life to experience the loneliness, pain, sorrow and disappointment you have caused to the people that have to use your garbage. I hope every single year, every single present you order for your kid gets delayed because some moron mailed it using UPS innovations. Please. Quit your job(s) and go sell yourself at a midwestern truck stop. It's the only place you might actually generate some value at.

I am soooo disappointed that UPS would partner with UPS Mail Innovations to help with their business. DIDN'T they do any homework to find out if this operation would even be worth partnering with???? UPS Mail Innovations is HORRIBLE!!!! I mailed a package over 2 weeks ago with a shipping label provided by the vendor. Turns out, this is the company that is handling the return. Called to find out what happened to my package. After 2 weeks, this package was less than 100 miles from where they picked it up at my local Post Office, sitting in one of their facilities! What is going on?? I called UPS to ask why they are partnering with such a poorly run company. I did not receive an answer. I will pass along this information is what I heard. If you try to reach UPS Mail Innovations, there is NO ANSWER. Only a message that says to leave a message. What a joke. They do NOT return calls. I hope the government figures out what to do about mail. This is NOT acceptable. UPS, I am deeply disappointed that what was once a reputable company, has decided to cheapen their business model, for what??--Profit?? It was a very poor corporate decision, that was not well thought out.

Someone at UPS kept my burn stove over the 4th of July! I tracked the package and it was stuck in Utah for over a week. All of a sudden the tracking was falsified to make up a delivery! I never saw my burn barrel I needed before the 4th of July to burn a pile of debris. Thankfully, it didnt go up in flames, yet!Good luck trying to explain this to UPS! They don't understand. When a UPS carrier says, delivered! It's written in stone. You'll never get to talk to ANYONE! AND YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR PACKAGE!!I will make sure no one uses UPS for deliveries to my home ever again!

SLOOOOWWWWW. I will not buy from any seller that uses this service. UPS should be ashamed of themselves. Packages sit at one location for days at a time for no apparent reason. You can easily add a week to your expected delivery time.

Person answering the phone had no idea she worked for UPS. She claimed they were nothing more than a mail sorting facility. Didn’t even want to help with my tracking number.
