Do not use this bank. First, I asked them repeatedly if there was a limit to spending with a wire transfer. They failed to mention any each time. Then I found out after I signed up and loaded my account that the limit is $500 a day, $1000 a week, with a $30 fee each time. Ok, that's annoying, but then you get the card. It does not work ever. They freeze it within days. I call them only to be harassed by a psuedo-intelligent machine that gaslights me. It refuses to acknowledge my input. It gives me the run around. Truly a farce. I finally talk to someone, they say card is suspended because of their own fraud department. I ask them if it is because I tried to make a purchase online. They send me around in a loop. Then they send me to their "colleagues" in fraud to review transactions. The colleagues are a tone-deaf robot that refuses to acknowledge my input. It fails to tell me anything because there are no transactions to review. There was no fraud. Then it hangs up on me! They won't let me call without going through a shadey loop. This bank is a very bad bank. It's like your money is not really your money, because a "nanny" at the bank won't let buy what you want with your own money. Insulting, really... I think this is a suspicious bank and you are likely to have a bad experience.

I usually have good experience on us banks but specifically on this one there is this Hispanic girl I don't even know her name she so arrogant she is nice too who she wants to be,because I've seen her, in other hand I had very good experience with the other people working there! If you guys are Hispanics Don't go with her.

Ohh man what a mistake opening an account with US bank. Now im stuck with them. I never gripe about customer service, but this is worthy of a review. Non existent customer service , you walk in and its like they dont want you there and are doing you a huge favor by banking with them.

Unfortunately the service is lousy. The Drive thru which is supposed to be an express service can take 10 minutes or more for a simple transaction like straight deposit.

I was told by an associate at this location that my card would work even though they were sending me a long-term replacement card (which I haven't seen). They didn't tell me that it wouldn't work after 60 days. Now, I am stuck in a position where I can't get a new card until it is mailed to me, but I am going to need to buy things before then and I'm two hours from the nearest U.S. Bank location.I was told by a female associate that I could get a replacement debit card immediately if I came to the branch, but that wasn't the case, as I found out after driving there. I think she did her best to be helpful and was kind but just didn't have the right knowledge as it pertained to what I needed.

Don't use this banks ATM. It malfunctions and takes your card. They won't even try to contact you... They shared it. Also it's not in Murray this is clearly Taylorsville. Fair warning this bank doesn't work with you at all. Glad I don't have an account there.

These guys are understaffed around 1:00 pm it appears. Stood first in-line at the branch. Teller was working on something, not taking any clients. All she says is "Someone will be with you in a moment!" 'Barbara' was the name tag on the window. The other teller was busy with another client. Cars waiting in the drive-thru with no one to help them. After 5-10 mins. of just standing there, I just left. I don't think I'll be back at this branch anytime soon! Don't like feeling like an unappreciated customer!
