Patricia (Branch Manager, Assistant VP) was beyond helpful, pleasant and put me at ease. I needed to set-up an Estate Account, which I was told would take 2-3 hours from "other" bank. I called Patricia today to inquire about setting up this account as my existing bank's systems were down nationwide. Patricia not only got me into an appointment within the hour; she was able to set-up the entire account in less than 45 minutes.Thank you so incredibly much for helping me in an emergency situation. I'm so very grateful for you and your kindness today.

I was told that I would receive a new account bonus for moving my business to this bank. After 7 months and being told to just wait 2 more weeks, “it’s coming for sure”. They decided to re-nig on their offer and admitted that they messed up. This bank is so dishonest and shouldn’t be trusted. Along with all the fees they charge, I don’t trust them with my money. I will spend the rest of my life letting folks know how slimey these people are. Go literally anywhere else or just put your money under your mattress.

Nothing against US bank but his location is not it. Always a wait and no sense of urgency. They could care less about customer service.

Worst experience ever! I should preface by saying that I have been a US Bank customer for more than 20 years and all of my personal and business accounts are with US Bank and I have never been treated so poorly. I usually bank at the Holladay location, but this location had an earlier appointment available so we decided to go there instead assuming we would receive similar service. After making us wait for 15 minutes past our appointment time the representative told us they could not attend us today because 4 people didn't show up to work. I told her they should have at least called to let us know so we wouldn't be wasting our time. To which she answered they tried to call but they had the wrong phone number. I asked which number they tried to call and after attempting to figure it out she just said they had two different phone numbers (mine and my husband) so they didn't know which to call and therefore didn't call! If I ran my business with this level of incompetence I am pretty sure I wouldn't have any money to put in the bank! Go to the Holladay location if you want good service, it will be worth the extra mile.

Honestly this bank has the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Yvonne is so kind and always greets I you with a smile on her face. Always puts a sucker through the drive thru for my daughter. You employ some great, kind hearted people.

I’ve been to this location many times. Unfortunately the customer service is significantly worse than the other local locations. I tried to open a child checking account here - they simply stated they didn’t have the time and acted extremely annoyed - I went to a local credit union for this service instead and had a fantastic experience. Today, tried to initiate a wire transfer for a title company, again was met with the appearance of extreme annoyance and poor customer service. I’ll definitely chose other locations in the future.
