Been coming to this branch for years. I get paid via Us bank checks. They’ve always been able to make the funds available immediately. But last 2 times I’ve gone the tellers has told me “we can’t do that. It’s standard 2-3 business days”. It’s a US BANK check going into a US Bank account. The tellers aren’t properly trained.Drove over to midvale branch. They did it in 2 minutes. No questions asked.

I'm a customer of 7 years and have had multiple business accounts and credit cards with US bank in the past. When I went in today to withdraw money to buy and inexpensive car, the guy was an absolute j*** and would not let me have access to my own funds. I was using the same identification I have used the whole time I've been a customer at this bank, though he said it was insufficient. He raised his voice against me like I had done something wrong and was very unprofessional. Avoid this location like the plague.

How am I supposed to take care of business that must be done in the branch if the only hours you are open is when I am at work? Are you going to reduce my fees to compensate people for having to take time off from work? I think I need a new bank.

I had my card suspended, unduly, and I have spent 3 days solid trying to reach the fraud department of this bank, only to be told at the end of 3 days, non-stop on hold, that there no fraud specialists available, and to call their fraud prevention number back!!! On Black Friday; the day I needed to use the card THE MOST! I will be terminating my Account ASAP!!!

I was always taught that when u offend a client/customer they will most likely tell 10 people. Do something right and they “might” tell one person. I want to make sure my experience reaches more than one person.I was in banking for 8 years and can’t say how fresh and professional and down to earth the branch manager at this location is.I had a situation that customer service wanted nothing to do with. As a last resort before I closed my account I spoke with the branch Mngr at this location. He treated me like a fellow human, going through unprecedented times. In my opinion he took unprecedented action to treat me with respect and to solve the issue, instead of arguing semantics.US Bank if you are monitoring the feed back in your reviews please take care of your branch manager because he is certainly taking care of your account holders!!Sincerely,Customer for life!

Unbelievable lack of concern for its clientele. I have been with us bank for 14 years and these people are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE COMPLETELY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..... WILL NOT REMOVE UNTIL THE BRANCH MANAGER SORTS THIS OUT WITH ME. YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!!!

I had a not so great experience here today. I went to deposit a bonus check that my husband received for Christmas. We’ve done this every single year for nearly 10 years. I waited an unusual amount of time at the drive up, only to be greeted by the manager who told me that they’d have to hold my check until they could verify it....I was shocked because this has literally never happened before. We deposited a check of a similar amount last year and didn’t have an issue. They told me the amount of money was larger than my usual deposits and that there was a note on the account to verify checks?? Then he backtracked and said the note wasn’t on MY account, but they’d do this to anyone?...again, this has NEVER happened to me before. We have been loyal customers. We’ve never tried to deposit a fraudulent check. We’ve never even bounced a check. I ended up calling the manager when I left and tried to explain that we get these bonuses every year. He was nice and said he was working to get it handled. However, I can’t help but feel like I was discriminated against in some way due to the way I look. How could a lower-middle class individual with tattoos and piercings possibly have a check for this much money? It was offensive. Our history with US Bank alone should have given great insight into our trustworthiness. Especially given that this check is from a company that we’ve been doing deposits with for 10 years. I appreciate that they made ALL of the funds available immediately as soon as they “verified” my account. I also appreciate the managers quick work to try and resolve this...but I can’t help but feel that they realized they made a mistake so they gave me access to all of our legitimate money right away rather than the usual $200 now and the rest on the following day rule. I’m disappointed and hope that this doesn’t become a regular issue. It never was before. I don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal. I’m far from it.
