“I’m completely blown away by my experience at this dealership. I came in to look at an Audi and met with James. I test drove the car(which was listed at a great price) and had them give me a price for my trade in. I left the dealership without having been pressured into a purchase whatsoever. James and another gentleman in finance spent a good amount of time educating me, answering all of my questions, and giving me a load of information regarding the situation I’m in and which options would benefit me the most. “Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”
“Came in to get info on my check engine light. I mentioned having a time constraint to get the repair done as I was traveling needed to leave the state the next morning. Paul was very honest with me about part pricing and the nature of the repair - it would be cheaper for me at home and didn’t need to be done immediately. Ultimately I didn’t get any service done here for those reasons, but I wanted to recommend this business due to Paul’s honesty and transparency — a shady business could have easily taken advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge and the pressure of my time constraint. I only buy rebuilt title vehicles for the great savings, yet am very selective about the workmanship, because too many dealers/body shops can cut corners and then the paintwork can fail in the future.
My partner worked in a body shop for 10 years and knows how to spot poor workmanship. We felt the most confident with this dealer after seeing that they have invested into their own $20,000+ paintbooth! Which is very uncommon, and the benefit is that they can keep their quality control in-house rather than subbing out to a body shop. Which captured my respect.
It passed my mechanic's inspection that they graciously allowed. I loved the great price and it's been 3 months and all is running great!
They are also very service-oriented and I was so pleased that they included a 30 day warranty which I was able to take advantage of, where after purchase they were so gracious to proactively fix a dash light connection, as well as remove the top rack for me and obtain the appropriate parts to plug the gap after removal.
I highly recommend them to my friends and family and I hope to have the pleasure to buy my future vehicles from them!”
