March 16th the carrier lied and said that the package could not be delivered because there was no where safe to leave the package. My porch is enclosed and from the street view no one would know I would have a package. Also I was home all day there was never a knock on the door and there was never a notice left like the carrier had stated. So I had to get online and schedule a redelivery for today the 18th. It is now almost 6:30 p.m. and I still don't have my package. I once again stayed home all day waiting for this carrier and no one has showed up. I can't keep canceling my plans to wait at home all day for a package that does not need to be signed for and the delivery instructions clearly states to leave it at the door. I wouldn't be so upset if this wasn't the first time I have been lied to about a package not being delivered for such stupid reasons. Don't say you knocked when you didn't and don't say you left a notice when you didn't. I paid money to have the package delivered within a certain time frame and thanks to USPS and their dishonesty and they're laziness for not taking the package to my door that money went down the drain. I swear over the last couple of years USPS has been the most disrespectful and lazy carriers I've ever seen.

Worst post office. Inefficient, slow and incredibly unhelpful. While the agents are nice enough, the policies they state they have to abide by are ludicrous. Do not expect to get the basics of assistance here. You are better off going to UPS.

It is completely unacceptable that P.O. boxes are only available Monday-Friday during standard work hours. I need to be able to get my business's mail, and I work more than full time. Every time I try to get the mail, the entire place is locked up with handwritten post-it notes of ("Closed today" or "Holiday") on the doors.

On the website it says the self service kiosk is open from 12:01am-11:59pm. I would assume that means 24/7 like it’s always been. We’ve lived in Murray for 20 years and we’ve mailed packages at 6 in the morning and 10 o clock at night. Tonight we headed over at 7:30 to mail a package from the kiosk and the doors were all locked. You can’t get in at all. Not to get more boxes, not to get to your PO Box. Nothing. Is this a new thing? There are no posted hours outside. What’s happening?

Five stars, since in my experience in this branch it was extremely positive. I bought some money orders in another office, and I had a serious problem with said orders, that not even my bank made the effort, but this lady named Stephanie went above and beyond to resolve it! It's refreshing to find people who cares and have the willingness to help out.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE, they welded shut the drop box near by so you can put packages in anymore, they’re 24/7 room that’s supposed to be open all the time is closed, I run a business and Murray and rely on the usps to ship my packages. This place needs to be closed indefinitely. And be reopened with new workers and a new staff

They lost a VERY IMPORTANT mail and cost me a lot of delay and frustration on my side. Now I have to wait again for months to request and have USCIS take action because of their negligence. Maybe for you it’s just a mail but for some of us that mail will affect our life and dreams. Hope one of them could read this and take action.

Just had a visit here, and the lady in the front (I think her name was Tiffany not sure) was so nice and helpful with us! Usually when we go to mail, the people in the front have an attitude and are grumpy. But this lady seemed really nice and patient with us as me and my mother were going to mail out a huge package out of the US and it was a really stressful and overwhelming situation for us?.

They held back packages. They said it was on customers request. I did nothing of the kind. I'm disabled, I don't go to the Post Office. They still have my packages.

This visit was short and sweet. The two ladies running the front counter were very nice (not my typical experience with postal workers). We chatted about looking forward to the spring weather.I was only in line for 2 min max and had to pick up a roll of packing tape which was well stocked!

They are an extremely lazy post office. They refuse to deliver to my apartments if the parcel locker is full. It’s their job to deliver it to the door if there’s no room, but they do not. They bring it back to the PO for me to pick up or they return it to sender. Ive delivered mail working for Draper’s PO. I know what they are supposed to do, this location does not. Just a bunch of lazy, careless workers there. If you have other ways of sending/receiving your parcels, do it. Don’t go through the trouble.

This post office is the best. On a busy morning they only had one person at the desk. Someone came from the back area and if all you needed was to have something posted to mail she took it and took care of it. She said thank you, have a great day and no need to pay we have it covered. Amazing customer service, you would not expect from a US post office.
